They are complete thieves. He promised my clock as fixed and took my money. When I got home the clock stopped working and despite a 6 month warranty he refused to fix or refund. DON'T USE THEM!!!!

A local Long Island couple runs the store together. I recently had my Movado watch refurbished at Kim's Watches by the husband. He cleaned the watch and replaced the battery with great detail and care. He brought new life to my watch, and it can finally keep the time again.

I cannot comment on the regular clock business run by Kim, but I would definitely not recommend cuckoo clock repairs done here. Kim does not do them herself, but has a man who does the repairs. The only thing wrong with the clock when I brought it in was the music did not play. It was there for many weeks before I was called and told it was ready. I picked up the clock and when I remounted it on my wall, nothing worked. I brought it back and once again, many, many weeks passed. Then I was called to pick it up. There was no change in the clock. Nothing worked. I then brought it to another clock repair place who told me that nothing was repaired on the clock. In fact, it should have been cleaned and never was. I am very, very unhappy with this.

Both individuals working were very kind and helpful. They pay a lot of attention to detail to their work and make sure each customer feels taken care of. They made me feel like a valued customer and I will definitely be going back if I need anything. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an adjustment or is looking for a watch or clock. They have some interesting pieces as well. They are very handy, and will repair any watch or clock.

When I was younger, I worked at my uncle's jewelry store in the summers to make some money. I know the in's and out's of the business. I needed to change my watch battery and pin. I had already unstrapped the watch band and took out the battery. I called a few places before calling here. One place would not sell me a tiny little battery unless I replaced it through them. Another place told me they charge $10 for a battery which I know that costs about $2. I called this store and the nice lady told me she charges $3. COMPLETELY reasonable. I headed over and bought a new battery for $3 and watch pin for $2. I'll be headed here for any other watch needs.

Have been using this kiosk at Tri-County Flea Market 'forever', both for repairs and purchases. Reliable, reasonable, honest.
