Purchased a Ridgeline from this dealership and the whole process was truly seamless. I was immediately greeted by a sales person at the door and they took their time to explain all the features of the car and make me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. Their Service Department had some minor communication issues but bent over backwards to correct it, serviced my vehicle and provide outstanding customer service. Kudos to Mark and especially Jackie V for going the extra mile. Highly recommend Honda City.

For years I have been coming to this Honda service center because I wanted to have the best possible experience. I always buy my Honda cars from them But now I realize that I have been paying thousands of dollars for repairs over the years as they have been advising me to replace parts for my all cars which were not even required to be replaced. It happened multiple times but I was able to catch it recently when I had some trouble with my certified CRV. They charged me $199 diagnostics fee and told me to replace parts for $4000 which were not even faulty because after replacing, problem remained the same. Then same thing happened last year when for my other car they replaced the timing belt, but the problem was with faulty alternator which they also replaced because it was still under warranty. There was no problem with timing belt.
I must say that they always had good service in the past but now they have some new management which even don’t want to listen to your complaints. They do have very good facilities but you have to be careful when you get an estimate for repairs. I personally feel that, the staff might receive commission for repairs therefore, they try to increase the estimate.
I recommend the management to seriously listen to the customer complaints and should not ignore financial losses to the long time customers who had trusted them for years.

I have had a leased vehicle with Honda City for a few years now and have always received great service. Yesterday I returned for a new lease agreement and met Ilham The Great!
Ilham was very attentive and offered excellent customer service. Take my advice. Go to Honda City and ask for Ilham!

They were so unprofessional unfriendly ++
At some point reminded high school backyard
All I wanted negotiate good deal
Nope!!
