Rick Santiago is probably one of the best service managers I've met after being in business for over 40 years.His staff including milt one of the mechanics diagnosed and repaired my car on time with a great price too.I highly recommend them for all your service needs

Stay away from this place they didnt give me back my wheel lock key and ignored me when i called for it and then i got stuck on the road with a flat and had to pay to break off my wheel locks and pay to put on new ones.

Went there to get a new tire. They told me they will do it before they close on Saturday at 7:30pm and they will call. I went there and they said they haven't gotten to it yet and they will call by 7:30pm. I waited and it was almost 7:30 and arrived there at 7:25 and the people there were waiting for the place to close not doing nothing just to find out that they did not replace the tire. Just a bunch of lazy workers. Not worth your time and money. I would not recommend it to anyone. The people that work there are liars and they should not be trusted.

Dude, make an appointment is really nothing, took 1 and half hours to do a simple oil change, they took my car in after 10mins I arrived. And got told still doing paperwork after my car was done for service for a half hour.

Terrible experience in this shop.Yesterday I went there right after 9 am for an oil change,which it souldnt take too long.I also asked this guy to change one of the tires.This guy said it should be done by 3 pm.I called around 3:30 pm and somebody on the phone the service is not done yet.I went back to the shop at 5:15 and the car was not done yet,so I gotta wait more time.When it was done I paid for the service .I was walking out the shop and read the service description and to my surprise they didnt do the oil change.That was my main reason for a visit to this place I will never go again.It took me a whole day just for something simple.

They are horrible. You want to like them because they're local to me in Levittown, but they are a terrible operation. 3 times in the past year brought my car there, and all 3 times there was an issue. The 1st time, I left my car in the morning for a simple repair, go to pick it up after work and they never looked at it. Fell through the cracks. 2nd time, dropped it off for 4 new tires and alignment. Get a call my car is done. So, I Uber it down to find out the car was not done. Still needed the alignment. 2 other cars ahead of mine. Had to wait 90 minutes there anyway. 3rd time for a tire sensor. Made the appointment on Tuesday for Saturday. Get there on Saturday, all they did was check the car and said I need a sensor. I knew that, but they told me they had to order the sensor, make an appointment for that next Saturday. I get there Saturday 7:30AM, tech says all my sensors are fine. All he had to do was reset them. Get in the car, light is out. I'm happy, possibly save about $100. Get in the car Sunday morning, light is on. Go down to Goodyear, I need to make an appointment for the next Saturday. No thank you. I'll go to one of the local independent guys who really want your work. Goodbye Goodyear.

The guys at Goodyear in Levittown do a great job. I just purchased my second full set of tires here a couple of days ago. Great Service, this set was for my daughters Jeep. I thank Walter Heitner for his knowledge of the Goodyear products and his professionalism. I will be back for my next set of Goodyear Tires. So thank you Walter and the Goodyear Crew in Levitown.

The entire process of purchasing through installation was extremely professional. For my TRD off road vehicle, I was able to find an option for the aggressive look I wanted for my tires. It was also within my budget.
They have financing options which is usually not available elsewhere.

I will never step foot in this place again 3 hours waiting for a tire to be changed getting a sob and dob story technicians are busy when there was nobody there 7 of them their 3 of them standing around looking lost . Took my keys and left went to a tire shop on the side streets Spanish guy changed it in 5 minutes . New tire as well for 40 bucks cheaper to avoid at all costs

The first experience was excellent. For second time, however, they initially wanted to charge me nearly 1k for replacing an Air Mass Flow sensor which is priced 135 dollars on Amazon. Ultimately it costed me180 dollars only for inspection. I bought one on amazon and replaced it by myself. It was too much even though I know running business is tough.

Ever since Luke left, the service has gone down hill. Making an appointment does not help. Made an appointment for 9:00 for a simple oil change and at 10:30 the car has still it been brought in. If it wasn't for Walter still being here I would have found another place to service my vehicle. Shame it's come to this.
