I was devastated when my engagement ring broke! Gold star Jewlers helped me through the process. Doreen was friendly, professional, and easy going. Joe made sure I was in sight of my diamond at all times. Nothing was a surprise! I am overly elated with this piece of jewelry! The quality and workmanship speaks for itself, but the team Over there are top notch!

Joe and his team are the best! Over the years I have bought several rings here, always getting the highest quality diamonds and gold and at a great price. If they don't have what you want in the showcase, they will make it. Every piece he has made is a beauty! I can't say enough about the craftsmanship of his work. I will never buy jewelry from anyone else.

Joe the owner and his minions that work for him pulled a fast one on me and my mother. Let me start off by saying I'm not a jewelry expert and put too much trust into joe. My mother has done so much business with joe which is why I thought it would be a good idea to shop for my engagement ring there. Joe showed me a stone that I liked and was the right price. It was on a Saturday after 2pm and I mention that bc my bank closes after 2 on Saturdays. Not being able to take money out halted the process of buying the ring. So I decided to put a deposit down of $1,000 on my card. Days later, after asking other jewelers about this particular diamond I left a deposit for I was told to stay far away. He never once mentioned the diamond was a blue fluorescent. someone who knows nothing about diamonds I figured the jeweler would at least mention that and why it's cheaper. Upset that I was taken advantage of, I called joe and asked for my money back. He refused and told me he's out of money bc of how much is costs to set the diamond. Another lie and sketchy way to avoid giving a long time paying customer their money back. After several exchanges he told he would give me $400 back then $500 then $600. He eventually hung up on me and never tried to even make it right by offering other diamonds. Unacceptable way to run a business and to be greedy over $1000. Never again will I shop at Gold Star Jewelry.

Have had a really good experience here! Joe was a great help for my wedding bands and from there, we keep coming back for other things! His staff was pretty helpful as well. Definitely look into him if you're upstairs at Tri-County!

my whole family has been coming here forever because the owner, Joe, treats us like family. very high quality jewelry at very fair prices, if he doesn't have what you're looking for, he'll get it or make it for you himself! I've referred so many people there for engagement rings and they all tell me they got a nicer ring at a better price than they were expecting! Stay away from those franchise Jewelers with sub par jewelry and support a real family owned business.. you won't be sorry.
