Lady with the red hair is a living nightmare
She opens when she's wants to closes when she wants to
If the store closes at 9 she closed the door at
8:30 sometimes with people inside and instead of letting people in for last minute purchases
She just says they are closed .
And their must be an extra exit because I never see her leave to go to the bathroom
Or lunch never another thing she's always there.

I Have only had good experiences at this location for the last six weeks. Maria and Jovanni are very helpful and professional when assisting and informing customers. Having friendly staff who can share gaming experience and expertise make the shop here a real pleasure.

Like previous poster hours on google are wrong and even if you show up 2 min after their posted closing time they wont help you even for a pickup. Garbage store

Came to the store tonight at 813 PM because the Gamestop google page says the store is open until 9 PM, to renew a controller warranty that expires tonight. The store was halfway gated closed and there was a heavy set girl with red hair inside the store. I tried explaining to her that the website says 9 PM and I needed to renew a warranty that expires tonight. The red haired girl just kept yelling that they were closed. Will call the manager Greg tomorrow but extremely annoyed this girl couldnt even be bothered to walk over to the door. Garbage customer service. Fix your website hours. Waste of a 40 minute drive. While I was there a man with a baseball hat walked up and also said he saw online the stos open until 9 PM and now couldn't get in. Then a mother with her child walked up and also unable to get in started calling someone with her cellphone to say the store hours were wrong online. UPDATE: Today I called the store and an incredibly rude female picked up the phone and said they take no responsibility for the wrong hours being posted and they will do nothing to help. She said Greg the former manager (who was awesome) doesn't work there anymore and Jumani is the new manager. When I asked to leave my number for Jumani to call me back this horribly rude girl hung up on me. I immediately called the corporate customer service line and filed two complaint tickets. I will never patronize this store again. Place has been degenerating for years.

Never shopping here again. Bought a PS5 for my birthday and it kept on giving me disk unreadable. Went back the very next day and told them I got a faulty PS5. The so called “manager” with red hair looked at me with a smile like she was about to enjoy the next question and said did you purchase our warranty? I said no, the extended warranty has nothing to do with defected merchandise I just got and it’s under the 14 day policy and its defected. She completely ignored what i said and repeated that i should got the extended warranty. I called up gamestop and they told me if I just got it and its a problem with it they are allowed to swap it. Got it swapped at a different location with no problem. If the owner reads his reviews i would highly consider getting rid of this employee. She is very rude, a liar and her work ethic is terrible. I can see everyone leaving this store disappointed. The guy in front of me was told the system was down for trade ins. Then it was my turn “we cant exchange it”. Just seems like she didn’t want to do anything or help anyone that day. Shes single handedly gonna put this store out of business.

I was at GameStop looking to purchase a controller priced at 29.99. Upon checking out at the register, the employee informed me that the price is actually 37.99. When I asked why the tag said 29.99, and not the actual price, the employee very rudely said that "they sometimes dont change the price, leading to annoying encounters like this one." The employee was extremely rude and acted like my question was the biggest inconvenience and annoyance in the world. Other than the terrible customer service this GameStop had to offer, it also used misleading advertising tactics, which is a misdemeanor offense. This business needs to be held accountable for its deceptive practices and disrespectful treatment of customers. I urge everyone to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and avoid them like the plague.

Ever since previous manager left, this GameStop has been atrocious. Nobody knows what going on in the store, nobody answers the phone, nobody has Knowledge on the OS, they don't assist you . Or if the worst places to go to.

This place should just close, its a shame how one employee can ruin it all. Feel so sorry for the owner who probably has no idea the staff is putting the business under, Stay Away, just order from amazon
