Frankly, I am livid. I came to this CVS to purchase Coricidin HBP since I am dealing with a cold. I saw the item in the cold and flu isle and it was under lock and key (more on this shortly). I got on line at the pharmacy to get someone to open the cabinet and get the item. I waited on line for about three people. When I got to the counter, I showed the young lady at the counter what I needed, verbally advised the same and advised that it was locked away. Seemingly annoyed, she asked what isle it was in. I told her the isle. She came from behind the counter, I pointed out the item, she got and then instead of handing it to me, she walked the item back to where her counter was. I tried to tell her that I was not finished shopping yet, but that was impossible to do as she went on to help someone WHO WAS BEHIND ME. Having encountered such behavior before, I did not waste any time explaining to her what she did and why it was wrong. I immediately, went to the front of the store, found another young man and asked for the same item. He came to the same section, got the item AND HANDED IT TO ME! I followed him up to the register, he asked for my id, I joked with him because I am 68 years old, I showed him the id and left. Something that should have taken less than 5 minutes, ended up being about 20 minutes. You have a non discrimination policy which states: "CVS Pharmacy, Inc complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or Sex. CVS Pharmacy Inc, does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex" Someone forget to give this "child" the memo. It was clear to me, that her response to me was racially based and with lack of information. First of all, before she was a thought in anyone's mind, I have successfully lived in this state, on this planet and in this neighborhood. For her to treat me with disrespect shows a lack of understanding about RESPECTING ONE'S ELDERS. Second, I have raised THREE children, all college graduates that are older than her. THEY do not treat me or anyone else like that. They have respect and have been taught to respect others. Third, I am a college graduate myself, own two businesses and have owned a couple of houses. I don't think she has reached MY level yet. She assumed that she could disrespect me and that it would go unchallenged. It will not be. I would venture to say that there is an implied bias that she holds that make her think her skin color makes her better than me. Nothing could be further from the truth. This behavior is not something I will tolerate. While I use CVS for convenience, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PHARMACY IN THE COUNTRY. I intend to let me feelings be heard. I expect someone to speak with this "child" and explain that treating customers with respect is part of the job. Have a good evening.

I've always gone to the store even when I lived in Levittown now I'm in East Meadow and I still go back there because the help is amazing and now there's a new woman there Siama ..Every time I can't find something she's always there to help me and she finds it thank you for all the help

The pharmacists and staff at this location are incredible!! They are always so caring, helpful, kind and attentive to my family's needs. They always keep us informed with our prescriptions and fill them so quickly. I wouldn't trust anyone else but this location to take care of my medication needs. Thank you again for all you do!!!

The store is a mess, empty shelves, and the parking lot....broken glass all over the past few weeks. As the largest store in the strip, take some damn responsibility and send someone out to clean it up and communicate with the other stores about the issue. CVS you suck for not keeping this location in good condition, your district manager should be fired.

It’s been my experience that the pharmacy staff at this location is excellent. Numerous staff members have gone above and beyond to obtain a specific brand of my medication for me. I really appreciate their efforts.

Prescription called in a week and a half ago...she confirmed by doctors office still not ready....lazy incompetent people work here!!!..worst pharmacy ever!!!! Incompetent people are cancer of the world
