I don't know why there are negative reviews, Steve came to my home and was so helpful and made the process so simple and easy. He was patient and informative. The installation was today and it went flawless. I will use him in the future. If you look at my other reviews it shows I am very critical.

I love the store, the service & the different selections. I’ve bought many curtains & even had my chairs recovered. I bought curtains but needed to return 2 as they were wider then my windows. But unable to return them. the policy is no returns;; no credit; no exchanges. So sorry but no sale now.
