I requested a quote from this company to refinish flooring on my first floor and LVP on my 2nd floor. The man who came said that my flooring was engineered hardwood and could not be refinished so my only option was to cover it with new flooring which he said they could install on top of the existing flooring. He did not explain to me at all the dangers of installing LVP over engineered hardwood, he made it seem like it was no big deal, and they do it all the time. Now, ten months later, my $6K flooring is coming apart right in the middle of my living room. The company said there is nothing they can do, because I installed over existing flooring, it voids the warranty, which I unfortunately agreed to because they didn’t explain what could happen to the new flooring if the old flooring wasn’t removed. They could try to repair it, but I would have to pay them even more money. The salesperson absolutely did not adequately explain to me what could happen if I install LVP over existing engineered hardwood. If I knew the flooring could fail in less than a year, I would not have done it. They made it seem like they do it a lot and it would be fine. Maybe it usually is and I am an exception. I do feel that they 100% misled me to make the sale. Of course it is my word against theirs, so I’m out of luck. I am incredibly disappointed in the product I received. Do your research before getting new flooring and make sure they’re not lying to you so don’t end up having to replace your flooring twice in less than a year like me.

Tim was fantastic! He came to my home and measured my windows so that my Roman Shades would fit perfectly. He went through the entire book with me and was willing to give his opinion on different patterns that I asked about. Once the Roman shades were ready, which took approximately two weeks, he came back to my home and installed them. Tim was very neat and clean and the process was so simple. Once they were installed, he showed me how they worked and I absolutely love them! Tim is extremely professional and was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend using Class Carpet Floor and Home. I have used this company before and they have always been professional and I love all of the blinds and Roman Shades I have purchased.

We hired Class Carpet Floor and Home for our kitchen remodel and new vinyl flooring throughout the house.
Robert, Tim and Wilson were very attentive to all of our questions/concerns throughout the process. The team did a great job and the quality of work met our expectations.
The kitchen turned out modern and functional, and the vinyl flooring looks great. Overall, we're happy with the results and would recommend their services.

We recently hired Class to remodel our home for under $30K!
Yes only 30K, that is not a typo.
We selected everything they had in stock in their warehouse and Kevin gave us an incredible discount, for doing all of our renovations with them.
We started with a kitchen remodel and after we saw how amazing the price was, we added a fireplace remodel, refinishing all of our wood floors sheetrock and paint in few areas, and lastly, a new staircase runner and carpet for a bedroom.
Everything turned out beautiful, with quality materials and excellent workmanship!
This is the only company we'll use for future home renovations.
We highly highly recommend them!

We just wrapped up a full home remodel with Class Carpet Floor and Home and wow, we’re impressed! They handled everything—painting, new mouldings, wood floors, staircase carpet, new bathroom redo and new window shades throughouts the whole house. Every part of the job was spot on. The team was super professional, keeping us in the loop and sticking to the budget. Our place looks amazing, especially the wood flooring and the modern bathroom.
