Went to this branch for the first time today. A very small branch but staff was very friendly and helpful. Made me feel as if I'd been going there all the time.Since the branch in the Delco Plaza closed I needed a another branch close by. So glad I found this branch.Thank you Chase.

The home finance department is duplicitous at best. While they advertise HELCs, they claim they haven't done them in nearly three years, so we applied for a mortgage to downsize. After jerking us around and telling us we'd have no problem getting a mortgage under 300k, which would be paid off as soon as we sold our current home (worth minimum 500k and paid off), with savings over 900k, they now say they can't help us because as retirees our income (70k plus) is too low. They're claiming brand new lending rules based on the Feds raising interest rates. I'm thinking age discrimination, although I can't prove it. Been a customer for over 40 years too.

I'm visiting my family for Christmas from California. Went to the atm to get cash for gifts. The atm only offered $100s or $20s. So I took out $300 in $20s. Walked into the bank and asked the woman if she can change out the $20s to $50s. She asked if I had an account? I told her no, I'm visiting for Christmas. She said since I didn't have an account she could only give me two $50 dollar bills!!!!! What?!?!? Really?!?!? I have never heard of such a thing!!!! Chase should be ashamed!!!!!
