Went shopping around for carpet to replace in 4 bedrooms. After visiting numerous stores and meeting with several companies, I found Carpets and Us on google. Being frustrated with places trying to sell industrial carpet as residential; salesmen not showing to appointments; quotes including some ridiculous fees; etc., I was so relieved when I met Nancy and Carol! They were both so knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Made a deal with them at the store, their installers came by to take measurements the same day and carpet was installed the very next day!

I should have written this review a few weeks ago, but I found it difficult to find the correct glowing words to use in this review. We first went to Carpets & Us on April 1, 2024 via a recommendation from a friend. While working with Nancy and Carol I received a telephone call that my brother had passed away. I had never met these two wonderful ladies, but that afternoon I received a condolence food delivery from Ben's arranged by Carpets & Us. (I had never used them before: just met them: and they spent their time and money to express a condolence to a stranger.) My wife and I spent hours at Carpets & Us looking at samples and having Nancy send swatches to the house. We finally settled on a carpet and the price at Carpets & Us was more than competitive. As great as Nancy and Carol are, the installer that they use, Wilson, was equally as fantastic. Wilson and his brother George install carpets, paint, and perform numerous other jobs. They are my "go to" folks. Needless-to-say, I highly recommend Carpets & Us to anyone!

A wonderful experience! Nancy and Carol were extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Their welcoming friendliness makes the customer feel right at home. Within a week my carpet was installed and it has created a beautiful landscape for my home. Carpets and Us is the place to shop!

New kitchen floor needed as to handicapped aren in danger on falling. Owner, Nancy, keeps changlng the delivery date. It is now a month since order was put in. BUT she cashed the requested checks.

I called Gastineau Key Business Service to have our doors re-keyed since my keys were lost. I think that they did a very great job with it. The work was finished earlier than expected. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Every square inch of our house needed popcorn ceiling removal, texture, painting and plenty of patching.. The painter from the company did it all! And perfectly! Plus same with the garage.. All looks like new..

After visiting several showrooms and getting prices for flooring, it turns out that carpets and us not only had the best prices, but the service was amazing. The crew was phenomenal. The installers came on time, worked efficiently , worked in a clean manner and carefully moved the furniture with care l. I couldn't be happier with outcome. Thank you to the staff for you design expertise. Will definitely use again she again abs recommend you to all my friends

Words can’t describe how incredible Nancy and Carol are as people and experts at what they do! I had a mold issue in my place and health issues and needed a very healthy made carpet. Right away from my first phone call with Nancy, she steered me away from a more expensive and coarse brand I had researched and helped me find a more reasonably priced brand that was just as safe for people with chemical sensitivities. That’s how I knew I wanted to buy my carpets from her! I called many other stores and she was the only one to treat me with such compassion, care, and understanding. I instantly felt I could trust her 100 percent! When I came to the showroom, I felt like her and Carol were friends I knew for a long time! I’m not great at these things and felt overwhelmed, but they not only helped me pick out great carpets, they even helped me pick out paint colors to go well with it! They made what was a very stressful experience/year so much brighter from beginning to end! The installers that came did an incredible job at installing the carpet too! They were so skilled, friendly, and accommodating with working around my furniture and moving it. Such professionals all around. Not only that but Nancy and Carol both called to follow up before, during and after and took such good care of me through the whole experience! Very rare these days to find genuine people and incredible customer service. I felt truly blessed! Even my dog loves how soft and cushy it is! ? ? Thank you!

This has been the best carpet install experience I have ever had and could have ever asked for. The whole team at Carpets & Us, from the moment we walked into the showroom speaking with the ladies, to the emails and phone calls with professional and sincere customer service, to the two amazing installers…nothing but spectacular. A great purchasing experience.
