Needed to buy a wired landline phone. Saw a display model that fell within budget. Standing around for a few minutes waiting for an attendant, no one. Asked someone to get someone, waited, no one. Asked someone else, was told whatever was on the floor was what they had in stock. Of course the model I saw wasn't available. Walked right out and went elsewhere.

Useless they won’t match price match, after I called Best Buy they matched it in seconds. 4 different rep and 2 supervisors didn’t know what to do. Very disappointed

I went to purchase a cell phone for my mom in law. I got great assistance from two young vibrant staff members. I also applied and was aproved for a Best Buy credit card. I also received assistance in a purchase from Gregory & Taylor.

Store is in total disarray. I came to this store to meet with a specific member of management, and nobody could tell me where to go to meet them or where I should wait in the meantime. The meeting ended up being 30 minutes behind schedule. I don't recommend doing any sort of business with this store.

I have to go to The Geek Squad a couple of times and I got to say they were all amazing helpful very knowledgeable I wasn't confused at all they explained everything way to go boys!!!! I even brought my girlfriend back a week later because she was having a problem with her phone and she was also impressed
