I had a very good experience; Online order was ready in 15 mins, walked in and someone assisted me immediately. He cross referenced the part to make sure its same as the old one. I was out in less than 10 mins. kudos to the guy who helped me. sorry i didnt catch your name.

Thanks to everyone at AutoZone Levittown!! I was stranded with a dead battery on Hempstead turnpike this morning and they sent out David with a new battery and installed it for me!!!
I would’ve been stranded there had they not come asap! Great Customer Service!!!

I don’t think it’s fair I have to come here for a pick up and stand on line when they have self check out which could be for pick up as well? totally not happy about that when I was already on the line at self check out

Amazing customer service especially Mario, noticed something wrong with my serpentine belt and was able to replace it cheaper than any mechanic you can find, also did it within less than 30 mins. Amazing employee!

Horrible. What is the point in ordering online if I need to stand on line for 30 minutes?? Manager told me “no one is VIP here”. Buddy, I just want to pick up my blower motor resistor and go home.
Update: the part they sold me was faulty!! The board was installed the wrong way in the housing….

This place is slow as a snail, waiting 20+ mins just to pay for something. No employees to be seen and line gets longer by the minute, and they’ll just walk pass by as if no customer. Avoid here if you can.

The worst place to ever call to get a price over the phone and to see if they had the part in stock. The CSR named Kevin was rude over the phone , repeatedly put me on hold, and also hung up on me several times without any consideration that a paying customer was on the line.
I will never shop at company again they just lost my business.

Cayman cuz I needed my battery swapped the battery that gave me died in 2 months then they tried to give me a million excuses why it's not the battery even though I know it was then I also needed spark plugs so magically they did not have my battery they said you can go drive around to the other AutoZone or upgrade have extra dollars so on top of that I'm just getting a battery and spark plugs took almost 2 hours two old guys don't know what they're doing can't find anything this is ridiculous
