My friend and I are 7-11 regulars. We finally decided to use our points from the app to redeem some free items. We redeemed a free drink (any size) for 1500 POINTS. We got the drink and checked out with the cashier, he scanned the barcode and simply said “No redeem”. We spent 1500 out of our 1900 points to get this drink and the cashier made my friend dig into her bag for a mere $3. He then took the money and complained that it was crinkled to the cashier next to him!!! All of that just so your store can gain $2.75? Blasphemy

Amazing experience here today on free slurpee day management and employees were extremely friendly and just as excited about free slurpees as I was. They also gave out full size ones and not those shot glasses some do.

I was impressed. Many 7-Elevens have been taken over by people who seem to hate people. Not smiles. No hellos. This spot was a pleasant change of pace.

Wish i can give 0.00 ⭐️ to this place is always dirty and not only that but they need to hire different staff for the night shifts at least , all the staff at night are so rude and they have attitude to all customers like get another job if u don’t don’t wanna be here, it’s not my fault you have to be here , i also work nights and i don’t think anyone deserve that service as a customer, tonight was my last time at this 7 eleven with so many other 7 eleven around eewwww

If I could, I'd leave a zero star review. There's a reason why they created a mobile checkout, but this store needs you to show proof. This is not the first time I've had an issue but this will be my last. They put their mobile check out underneath a shelf, so it is difficult to scan. As I pulled out my phone from the scanner, my phone fell face first on the floor. I walked out the door, and was sitting in my car trying to look at where I'm going next and one of the employees walked out to approached me and asked if I paid for my coffee. I said ,"yes and that's why my phone fell on the ground and you saw that". He said that he didn't see me pay and asked if I had shown my payment to the other employee (who was standing next to him). I said no I used mobile checkout. He said he was going to go back in to check. I walked back in annoyed, but very willing to show the transaction summary. The other employee refused to look at it and had to look at on their tablet. Absolute worst attitude I've encountered at any 7-11. I will never come back to this location again and I advised others to also avoid it.

Not open 24/7 like it says. And they don't give free matches on $15 packs of ciggerates anymore.

I have three 711 stores near me. This is by far the best one in my neighborhood. They are always kind. They always have plenty on the rewards table all year long coffee is always fresh and the store is always clean.

Some and my froend went to exchange a 5 gallon water jug and when we walked in the guy said to put the old one there and take a new one. Than when my friend asked if he had to pay he said that you don't have to and he's good to go so I decided to but some drinks for me and him. A water and a arizona and the woman puts the refill fee on my bill after she said that we were good to just take it. And than argues that we need to pay for it and that we should have known that. Unclear helpers and never let you use your points.

Don't buy their ice-cream! It's always freezer burnt. We purchased ice cream from them three times within a years time and every time it's no good. You can tell that it had been melted and then re frozen. And it's really expensive at 7-11.

They're always nice and friendly but I do agree with the reviews saying about it not being 24 hours I do wish that they had someone else working during early morning so they could fulfill being open 24 hours like they're supposed to be! Otherwise it's a great store?

Not open 24 hours! It says on the hours above that it is but I can assure you that is incorrect.

The kindness of the manager or chain owner of this 7-Eleven is something I won't soon forget. I've been having a tough time and yesterday was especially difficult. I'd forgotten to get sauerkraut at the supermarket, and my family LOVES sauerkraut with the meal we were having for dinner. I ran to 7-Eleven not expecting they'd have it but I figured I'd give it a shot. I checked the shelves, didn't see it, and began leaving. A gentleman called to me, asking if he could help me find something. I told him what I was looking for and he seemed very apologetic that he didn't have it. I got in my car and started to drive out of the lot. The man came running out after me with a container of sauerkraut from the store's OWN supply that they use for the hot dogs they sell. The container had no brand name, no product info...it was clearly the sauerkraut they put out for customers to add to their hot dogs. I rolled down my window and he handed it to me with an enormous smile on his face. I asked how much, and he told me not to worry about it and to have a good night. Words cannot express what this meant to me in that moment. The sad and stressful family matters I'd been dealing with all day had me feeling so down, and then this kind stranger did something that truly turned it all around. I am so grateful for this sweet gesture, and to know that there are such good people in this community. I'll be a regular customer at this location from now on.
