Family Automotive came highly recommended to me from several different people, and I can see why. Ralph always explained to met what was going on with my car in a way that was easily understandable, his son was extremely courteous and would give me frequent updates while I was waiting for my car to be inspected, and his daughter was so friendly, calling me by my name every time I came in from the first visit. These may be small gestures, but they are very meaningful in a time where it can be hard to find customer service that really cares about the customer like they are family. I will recommend them at every opportunity!

Great service & fair prices. The owner is detail oriented & knowledgeable. We had a steering issue & never felt anyone could fix it. Now we have a new home for our beat up cars and our cars have a new lease on life.

Ralph charged me twice for the same job, for 3 months, he couldn't find the leak in my power steering, finally the leak stopped, after changing the power steering pump, he charged me twice, $1200. Even though the leak stopped,now it's making a winding noise, now i have to have it fixed again by a different mechanic. I have 2 bills for changing the same pump.
