“OH MY GOD TOM IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST! I’m not one for reviews but this guy deserves all the business in this town/ even if you’re passing through. My partners alternator needed to be changed and nobody was available for the next 2 weeks and we’re not from upstate we had to get back to Brooklyn by the nighttime and Tom was the only one who helped us even after his shop hours! He wanted to do everything he can to get us back to Brooklyn, after he switched the alternator for us, he also filled up our fluids just because he knew the long drive we were about to make he didn’t want us getting stuck! He was the kindest man and probably has the best prices in this town, you wouldn’t regret bringing your car to him. Other than fixing our problem he was a great person in general we got to know each other the few hours we were there and he is one amazing guy with such a sweet soul. I hope he gets all the business and support he deserves, also he has the cutest dogs so if you’re a dog person you’re in for a real treat lol”
“Brought my 2012 Volvo S60 for A/C issues. Amanda was very pleasant and accomodating. Tom and team checked the car and recommended needed repairs on top of what the original issue was, which was greatly appreciated. We were not forced to have all those done, but we asked them to go ahead with it. The car is running in better condition than before we brought it in, and they ? fixed the A/C issue. Tom was kind enough to bring me home when I dropped the car as I had no ride back, and it was only 5mins away from the shop. He was also very nice! Highly recommend them! So glad I found my new go-to mechanic!”
“Had an alignment issue with my car. They investigated found no damage thus making the adjustment fairly painless. The tech. Explained the repair and the measurements before and after. “Great, Great Crew! Brought my Jeep in for Brakes and Inspection. Turns out I needed Rotors too. They ordered them within minutes. Then, upon inspecting front brakes and Rotors they might’ve passed inspection, but I would’ve needed to come back in sooner rather than later. Asked if they could do it while we were there, they did.
Just nice to work with sincere, professional and genuinely nice people.”

The best part is Gary knows classic cars. It is a dying breed of folks that can tune a carb and twist a distributor. The prices are fair and the folks are friendly. They do NYS inspections too.”

“This is the second time I brought one of my vehicles to Martinez Ed , it was such a wonderful job they did. It took them a little while to get it squared away with the insurance company so I had to wait a while, but they also noticed I had a steering issue and fix that. I recommend these guys and gals highly. Not only did they fix my vehicle, but I’m telling you it was a work truck and if I would say the inside was messy, that would be a big understatement. Just a bit from my family ..,, Ok … soooo , Konsul Quad family officially over the conversion vans- tho we loved them & so many fun times. Mid July , Joseph , Chris, Adam were involved in a car accident, driver collided full speed into them in the back as they were turning on Vosenkill to come home. The Lord was with them as they had the van, not tiny red car. The car behind them never put on his brakes till last minute- both his car and our van were totaled!! Boys were ok, other driver bumps, bruises, stiffness. Sooo leads us to this…
Our very good friend, James O’ Connell ( B&B garage) hooked us up with this beautiful 2020 Honda Odyssey. So happy! Aside from James, whole crew at B&B went above and beyond to meet our needs, especially his dad , who if you meet him is a kind, God- loving honest man.

“THE BEST. Period. I rarely write reviews but the service, care and quality of work that I experienced at Palenville Auto was EXCEPTIONAL. Justin really cares about the integrity of his work and it shows. Not only is he a kind person and talented mechanic, but he truly went above and beyond when my only car broke down while my Mom in town visiting. When I was stranded on the highway, the tow truck driver told me that Justin is one of the very best mechanics in town and I made the right choice bringing my car there. Justin finished it ahead of schedule at an affordable price. I had mentioned that I might need an inspection - and I showed up with my car all ready to go - running better than she's run in years, inspection perfect, passed and done! They really are the BOMB! Avoid the location on Congress in Boynton Beach at all costs; Mavis Tire bought this chain recently and all Tire Kingdom warranties should be honored, but that location thinks otherwise.”
