Everyone that works there is extremely helpful. I called to have my prescription refilled because the rite aid in town closed. Person that helped me was very friendly. I don't know why people are complaining about door dash at a drug store. And the person complaing about being on hold...did you happening to listen to the message about meal break?

When it comes to door dash orders management is trash. I have waited more 2 hours for orders even I have called about it.

Talk about frustrating! Go to get my son formula and the store has closed early. This isnt the 1st or 2nd time this has happened, multiple times they've closed early. Most stores like Walgreens you can't just post a written time on paper and close the store. Smh after tomorrow morning I won't be returning to this establishment!

The pharmacist, Jace, went above and beyond duty to find the pills I needed from a specific manufacturer. I am in Mississippi, I'm a snowbird, and there are three Walgreens within 10 miles of me and not one of them cared enough to find the medication. It was extremely important since I was allergic to two other manufacturers of this medication. Thank you Jace.

Pharmacist yelled at me because I asked to have script transferred for my 8 month old who has been to the ER twice and sick vomiting with diarrhea for a week. He was rude. I didn't mind waiting or coming back later but he was so mean. Yelled at me for just asking. All the pharmacies except this one were out of the medication. I will not be going back here again. I understand every place is understaffed. I respect that it might take longer but no one deserves to be treated poorly. Walgreens start treating your staff and customers better! Apparently society has taught businesses employees that it's okay to treat customers poorly. I completely understand they have it tough but no one deserves to be yelled at especially because I just spoke to someone on the phone, and they made it sound like I would just have to come there to take care of it.

We work very hard, always running around taking care of our patients, yet we are always verbally attacked! Why don’t you take a walk in our shoes one day and see for yourself, please don’t judge unless you yourself have worked in a pharmacy! Also if you stay on hold for more than 20minutes usually means we’re closed for a little bit but that’s not on us that’s corporate who needs to change the message saying that so again please don’t blame us! Thank you ✌️ & ❤️

Don't go here... Bad and more bad ... The on hold message means NO pharmacist! And instead of informing the patient in a timely fashion .. you're left to hang... 3rd time in 2 months NO pharmacist!! Special pills must be taken in the morning.... HUGE hassle !!! Have to re-contact doctor... Drive WAY out of town.... I rarely write reviews ... Be forwarned !!!!

EVERY SINGLE TIME, I use the Walgreens drive thru pharmacy, I wait at LEAST 10 min. No matter what time of day. I usually am behind someone whose prescription isn't ready. WHY doesn't this pharmacy in Leroy NY tell the customer to come back. Instead they make 10 ppl wait for that one person. GET IT TOGETHER!

Worst pharmacy that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They constantly call your home to tell you that your prescription is ready to be picked up and when you get there they tell you that it’s out of stock. This has happened 5 times in the last 8 months. So tired of there terrible service and will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.
