Walgreens staff are extremely helpful and friendly. One person called to refill a prescription after the Rite Aid closed; the person who helped was very friendly. The pharmacist went above and beyond duty to find pills from a specific manufacturer, important because the person was allergic to other manufacturers. The Walgreens within 10 miles did not care enough to find the medication. Staff work hard, running around taking care of patients, but often feel verbally attacked. A hold for more than 20 minutes can mean the pharmacy is closed for a short period, a message from corporate.
