Horrible hours, how is anyone supposed to go to the office when the are open the same time most people are working? Only open for 3 hours on Saturday? What a joke I nearly have to take a day off to get my stuff done

Mail that says do not fold or bend printed in big letters you have folded in half now 2 time's. I stopped in the first time to say something but nobody seemed to understand what they had done wrong like I was being unreasonable and then you deliver a book yesterday and leave it in the pooring rain on my steps thanks
