Prices are too high for an oil change. $120+ is too high for an oil change !!!Dealership is cheaper than monro. Used to get coupons for oil change don’t even get those anymore.

I had a front end alignment done on my 2013 Dodge Avenger. Ted was very professional & kept me informed of the timeframe it would take, that it might be a little longer. As it turns out, it didn't take any longer than previously planned, but I sincerely appreciate the communication & updates Ted provided. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally; you should give Ted a raise. Awesome job!

I had a tire blow out a guy with backward cap on was complaining quite a bit at first even saying they may not be able to do anything until the next day even though they had 2hrs left of being open, when he said he would try he said he couldn't get tire to bead even though I don't recall ever hearing the blaster which is pretty loud, I have expensive rims because they supposedly couldn't get tire on scratched up my rim also I went to sloat tire and they were able to do it in 15 mins and even said Monroe shouldn't have a problem doing it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Monro Muffler Shop MMB 369 in LeRoy, New York. On March 5, 2024, I brought my 2011 Suzuki SX4 into the shop to have the front left TPMS sensor replaced. Despite being charged $147.95 for the repair, the problem was not resolved.
To make things worse, the staff failed to inform me that my serpentine belt was missing a splash guard, which damaged the belt. I had to take my car to another mechanic to replace the belt. After replacing it at Monro, this cost me an additional $222.31 a month.
I felt discriminated against by two employees due to my disability, which caused slight differences in my mannerisms and speech. The unprofessional behavior of a female front desk manager and a tall, slim individual with black hair, glasses, and a dark-colored backward baseball hat made me feel mistreated. I had been there for alignment and LED light bulb installation a day earlier, which cost me over $220. While I understand that some tasks can be challenging, charging $80 for installing light bulbs, which I purchased from Amazon, seems excessive to me, especially since I have carpal tunnel syndrome, which makes it difficult for me to turn the two black objects attached to the headlights on my own.
I feel like the person wearing the backward baseball cap complained about having to 'fix' my TPMS and told me he didn't like it. When I asked about doing it the next day, he became rude and told me to make an appointment with the lady at the front desk. Before these two incidents, I would have recommended people turn to this shop or the Geneseo branch for their car needs, but not anymore. It seems that integrity is lacking in the world of mechanics.
On March 25, 2024, at 3:58 PM, I called Monro Corp Customer Service to seek a resolution to the issue. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes. After I explained what was happening to the representative, she hung up on me.
This Monro Muffler Shop provided poor service, failed to resolve the issue I came in for, and neglected to inform me about additional problems with my vehicle. The staff's unprofessional conduct and the company's poor customer service leave me deeply unsatisfied. I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to this location, as they seem more interested in making a quick buck than providing quality service and treating customers with respect.

I directed my son to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers after he called me looking for help with the tire blow out he had on the highway. He was in and out in a little over an hour with a fairly priced brand new tire installed on his car. I can't thank you enough for the high quality, quick service!
