Prompt complete repair of my Grecom scanner. They state approximately three weeks time on the website -- Gerry and staff had it fixed and shipped back in a little over a week. The scanner works flawlessly now and the price to repair was very reasonable. Thank you for your excellent professional service. Highly recommend for electronics repair.

Gerry is great. This is where we purchase all of our scanners and take them for service. It's the only place to go if you're in Genesee County and need scanners for the Phase II system.

I sent my pro 97 hand held scanner the first of Aug.2014 and after 5 or 6 calls wondering when my scanner will be repaired the guy keeped blowing me off. Its now Jan. 3rd 2015 and still nothing! Please think twice if you send your scanner to this guy for a repair. you may never see it again....After 6mo. was told he could not fix it with the parts he didn't have or could not get so i asked for him to send it back. I will let you know if i get it back. I will update...jb Up date: G&G did send back my scanner not working, i hope you have better luck...jb

I have never been more pleased with a customer service experience related to radio repair since the hobby began for me in the early 80s. Fast, dedicated, reasonably priced! And two day turn around from repair to my mailbox!
