My boyfriend were on the market looking for a second vehicle. We wanted something safe, reliable, and overall an experience with someone who was honest. We went a few places and nothing fit our needs. Often salesmen were pushy or tried to get us into something e we weren’t looking for. However, we stopped at this little dealership (that I didn’t even know existed) and we found the one. A 2010 Subaru Forester from the south. No rust, no big issues, and for a great price. The owner replaced all of the standard things that need replacing on older Subarus and fixed anything that may have been wrong with it when he got it. He was very accommodating and got us on the road in 3 days (we got new tires on it and it fell on a weekend. A few days into driving it, we noticed some smaller issues and they fixed it without any issue at no additional cost to us. We are very pleased with our decision and cannot thank Fastec enough for a great experience! We will definitely come back for mechanics and future cars!
I also want to note that the owner is a Subaru guy- so this car runs like an absolute dream.

I needed some work done on my 2007 Honda CR-V and Shawn at FASTECH AUTOMOTIVE was the best price around!
The exhaust system was replaced from the catalytic back and the welding was EXCELLENT. He also replaced two stabilizer arms in the front end and the whole job came in LESS THAN shop B quoted for just the exhaust! FASTECH AUTOMOTIVE is my goto repair shop from now on. Fast friendly service at a reasonable price, HIGHLY RECOMENDED.Thank you

On our travels to Niagara Falls we had the misfortune of having an ABS sensor go bad which caused our Stabilitrak to fail and the car to not operate fully. After stopping at the GMC dealership up the street (Google) and essentially being told they couldn't care less about our situation, we googled a local mechanic. It happened that Fastec was right down the street! Greeted by Sean's wonderful wife, she said they are busy but would ask Sean to take a look. He did. And he found it in his heart to take care of the issue for us (even though it definitely backed his workload up). We ended up having some great conversation and in about 2 hours the car was ready for the road. Sean took the extra step of looking everything else over to be sure we were safe and our kids would be safe. Our circumstances were not great considering we were 6.5 hours from home and on our way to a mini vacation and our options were extremely limited. Sean, his fantastic wife, and Fastec are truly what makes small town America great. We will forever be grateful and thankful for their generosity.
