Both clerks were very helpful and personable. I was guided through the process with no issues, and am looking forward to getting my renewed passport in a timely manner.

For the first time in 50 years I left the post office with a smile. Agent Inez Flud exhibited patience and professionalism in assisting my son & I with his passport renewal. She has renewed my faith in the USPS.
