My husband and I shop at almost every target and we price match EVERY WHERE once we tell the cashier we want to price match, they pull out the scanner and do what (we) the customer asked. However the manager was refusing to do so and claimed that they only price match with (3) stores and we had to pick a store, we explained we never did anything like that at any other location and she told us to then go to Brooklyn or where ever else we shopped, keep in mind this is a MANAGER! They are very unprofessional and we will not be going here again. She was arguing with us in front of everyone and part of us thinks color plays a part because of how nasty she was while arguing with us.

Shut down this target. Why does it take 15 to 20 minutes to receive an item? OH I KNOW WHY! Everything is locked up in a cage what the heck no wonder Amazon is winning! This is absurd makes the shopping experience horrible. Please go out of business thx

They can close this target expeditiously!! Why do I need to be waiting for cages to be opened for items? If that’s the case, I can shop online and wait. The purpose of the store is to physically be able to touch and buy things. SHUT THIS DOWN

I will never come back to this target again. Half the stock is empty, the rest is locked in cabinets that you cannot access. The paging system that you're supposed to use to page employees to open the cabinets don't work. And the employees are all socializing with each other, hiding from the customers, laughing at customers who need assistance, and/or just checked out. Worst target I've ever been to.

This target is terrible there is never anyone To help and they are always closing the store early this is the only Target that close the doors 15 20 minutes before they close I don’t understand and the dude at the door be mad rude .

I like going to this Target coz it’s the nearest one in my place. Staff is very rude, I was asking about a hand cream and they kept on saying the “back cabinet” instead of assisting that’ll only takes 5 mins. They kept on pointing that took me 30 mins before finding the product. Staff is not wearing they’re ID badges. Old lady on female dress section should find another job instead of working with attitude. Please value your customers.

Very bad customer service , I asked for help to get the locked door open to buy essentials , the guy said to wait , while he was not doing anything just walking around as well as another female employee , I decided to use the sensor to bring attention as they were not helping me when I asked so, finally minutes after when they felt like assisting me , the female employee came with such nasty attitude. How can they hire such people who can’t do a simple job as opening a locked door when they were clearly not doing anything but walking around laughing. This place needs better management. ASAP.

The woman that works there named Jennifer (light woman with braids) has poor customer service skills. If she doesn’t want to work then she probably shouldn’t have a job. I purchased an item on line and went to this particular store to pick it up. I had 3 items for purchase as well. She refused to ring them up and sent me on a long line for self service because several of the machines didn’t work. I have never been to a Target that would not do this, especially since I was already picking up an item. This was a first. She was clearly discriminating against me as she rang up a purchase for a person before me and after me. I told the manager who suggested that he understood and that she was wrong. I promised to address this matter with her. However, I did not leave with a feeling that he would address this matter with her so I decided to write this review. Jennifer requires additional training.. I won’t return to this store.

Came in on a Sunday morning looking to pick up an electronic. 30 minutes no target crew to assist me. I even used the hand sensor I could hear the manager request someone and no one showed up. Seems as if no one wants to work.

I’m giving a two star review because I mostly use this target for drive up orders and returns. There’s one female employee who is so rude and angry with her life lol. She legit throws the products in my car or I recently returned a dress and she was so rude like just walked away when she scanned it didn’t even say “you’re all set” and then she legit dragged the dress across the sidewalk and into the store so bizarre.

I bought a robloxs gift card for my friend for Christmas and had an error and he try so many times.You guys should feel ashamed for selling the fake version of this gift card. >:(

There were literally 13 people online and not one regular cashier was open. With the exception of one on the on the end who was only doing exreturns.
