    Horrible!! We have been trying to change our sofa for almost 2 months, which came with factory problems and the technician has canceled on us twice!! We are angry! I do not recommend buying in this store and if you decide to do so, check your furniture very carefully because they will put you through anything!!

    Worst store ever!!! Terrible customer service, they deliver damaged merchandise, never swapped it out, and won’t honor their protection plans!! BewRe. Never went there before and never will again.
