These guys are great. The rental process through Turo was seamless. Great communications. I had an issue with the car not being fully charged. They were so accommodating and professional. I will definitely use them again

Showed up to pick up a Fiat via Turo on Labor Day weekend and when I called the owner to see where it was, he said the car is broken and he doesn’t have a replacement. After checking with Turo they said the car has been out of commission since July. I never received any communication about this from Noonan even though I booked on June and even got hung up on, the second time I called. Terrible experience and unreliable.

Worst service! I needed a vehicle for tomorrow at 5am. I saw and loved the reviews so I decided to call . I called 2-3 times thinking they were busy with customers and some guy answered saying they're closed and to stop calling.

They will try to scam you for money. They came into the office late the day of my car rental service. I suppose to pick my car at 10 am but they didn't open the office until 11:30 am. Pathetic management and bogus customer serviceDo not use their services.
