Do not shop at this store. My Aunt ordered 2 twin beds and put down $200.00 to place the order. When she got home, she realized the beds were not going to fit in the space. She called to cancel the order and was told the beds were already ordered. The beds have not been ordered or DELIVERED. The owner Abraham will not give my Aunt her money back. He actually hung up the phone when she tried to talk to him. His place of business was closed because of the Jewish holiday. They were not answering their phones. My Aunt is 87 years old. She does not have $200.00 to give away or allow a merchant to keep her money. This is so shameful on your part.

Where to begin. This place (if you can even call it that) and the scammers who pretend to run it are the most horrible liars and thieves I have come across. I am writing this to warn everyone to stay far away! The good reviews are most definitely written by Avi and his liar brother. They have been doing this for years. They ignored a friend of mine when she reached out having an issue with her mattress and it was a year later since she was still under the year warranty. No response of course and when she confronted Avi in person, showing him the blue checks on WhatsApp, he said "hmm I'm not sure.." still not agreeing to go by his warranty. They both say anything; lies and more lies to get you to buy mattresses from them. What happened to my close friend over the last couple weeks was so horrific and mind blowing that I couldn't not share it. I needed to warn people and publicize it. It's a long story but I'm going to try to keep it as concise as possible. She ordered a mattress from Avi (obviously not knowing his reputation). She's on a budget and his prices sounded right. Another thing that adds to this-obviously people buying from him are trying to budget and save money-how does anyone gave the heart to STEAL from these people? Really takes the lowest of the low. My friend was strung along for weeks. He kept saying it was coming different days, ignoring her calls, the whole shebang, and she had already paid him earlier because he said "if you pay me today I will have the mattress for you even earlier". Meanwhile the mattress wasn't even there late, let alone early. The day she was moving in still no mattress even though he had promised that day. The whole time speaking to her disgustingly. This was all part of his scheme. Took her money early, didn't bring the mattress, and now she's stuck, moneyless and mattressless. Oh, and homeless, because it was her move in date and her she had given notice on her last place. So she had nowhere to be. She told Avi all this but he couldn't care less. The night of the move in late at night he was ignoring her calls and texts. He was saying he can't talk because he's out with his wife who doesn't like when he does business while out with her. Mhm, I'm sure. She tried calling from a different number, as soon as he heard his voice, immediately hung up. I tried calling for her, he declined me. Anyway still didn't come the next day, day after that, or after that. Then was 4th day after the move in date. She was in touch with him since the morning, he said it would be coming that day. Btw, he said it was on a truck on the way from NJ on the move in date. He had said the time it left NJ even-with the time it was going to get to his "store". What happened to the truck on the way? Another lie. So since the morning of that 4th day after the move in date she was in touch with him and he was sending the nastiest messages and insults to her. All she did was try to buy a mattress from him and move into an apartment that she was already paying rent on. That NIGHT, he sends his brother's number to her, she texts his brother who admits that Avi doesn't even really do the business. Lots more happens, more insults from Avi, and randomly a mattress shows up on a car (what happened to said truck from NJ which had the mattress?) Additionally, Avi had promised (means a lot coming from him) my friend a free (wow) mattress cover for the mattress coming late. No compensation or money off but a free mattress cover. Did the mattress cover come when the mattress came? You got it, no way! Last question... was the mattress that arrived the mattress my friend saw, tried out, and paid for in the store? I think you all already know the answer.... NO WAY! So after all of this, she didn't even get the correct mattress. What a disaster. Worst sale experience of my entire life. I got Avi's number from a friend, and told him I needed the same mattress as that friend, guaranteed in time for move in date which was 2 weeks from then. He guaranteed that and I sent him the payment. 2 days before move in, I texted him for an update and he responded "hopefully this week," which was already a red flag. On move in date, he began to ignore my texts and calls. Later that eve, he lied and said truck was on its way and then admitted it never actually was. I was left with no mattress and nowhere to sleep. I tried to call him and he told me he had no service. When I called him from a different number, he answered on first ring, but when he heard my voice, he hung up right away. I texted him that I needed a refund immediately and he refused, saying mattress would come Monday (4 nights with nowhere to sleep). I told him I couldn't do that and needed a refund so I could buy a new mattress, and he told me I was ungrateful and that god would judge me. He also said he'd give me a free mattress protector for the inconvenience. There was nothing I could do so I found other sleeping arrangements and waited for Monday. On Monday, Avi again stopped answering me and provided no delivery eta. My friend called him to see what's up and he called him a Nazi and hung up. Eventually, he gave me his brother Jack's number and told me he would deliver. When I texted Jack, things got really weird. Jack claimed that Avi wasn't really part of the business anymore, but customers still had his number and he takes orders and doesn't really pull through with them. He told me Avi had only told him about the order that weekend (2 days after supposed delivery date, and 2 days after he told me the truck was on its way). Jack blamed me, saying I should've called him instead of Avi from the get go. I was already shocked. It gets worse. Jack finally shows up with the mattress, and it's the wrong one. The mattress my friend had was a thick, orthopedic, pillow top mattress and that's what I ordered. Instead, they gave me a thin, rock hard mattress, with a completely different label than my friend's. They also didn't bring the promised mattress protector at all. I texted Jack the picture of my friend's and mine, and he admitted they were different. He even told me that ordering that one would've cost more and wouldn't have fit down my steps. I told him that's what I ordered and he said Avi told him a different one and I should contact Avi. When I called Avi, he began to gaslight me and tell me that they were the same mattress, when they were very obviously not, and when Jack had also just agreed that they were not. When I told him I needed a refund because this is not what I ordered, he said "do me a favor and never call either of us again, you're extremely ungrateful." I repeated this to Jack who suddenly switched up and began to claim they were the same mattress actually. What a joke. They're both refusing a refund so I told them I would publicize this info. Avi sent me multiple messages, calling me "ungrateful, disgusting, haughty human being," and saying I should do a blood test because I could not be full Jewish. (???) Jack's method was to let me know he couldn't care less if this business got bad publicity because he has multiple other businesses. They're both denying I got the wrong one and I literally couldn't sleep because it's so rock hard. Not what I ordered at all. There's also supposedly a 10 year warranty which means he should take it back regardless but he won't. I lost a lot of money on this because I need a new mattress now. They're both really lowlife liar salespeople and they cheated me on this. STAY AWAY!!!

I wish giving zero stars is an option. Actual money stealers. Said the mattress was on the way and would arrive the next day and would tell me that repeatedly for weeks straight and would not give me my money back. After weeks they finally delivered me a mattress WITHOUT the bundle they promised AND the wrong mattress! When I told them this they THREATENED ME. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

The worst scammers ever! I paid $500 for a mattress. Upon delivery to my friends house a totally different mattress was delivered. I wasn't there so I wasn't aware that they switched the mattress to a cheap $100 mattress!!! They are the biggest scammers ever. Don't go there, don't buy from them because you'll get scammed.

This is a amazing place Sleepys is nothing compared to abrahams matress store there material on the mattress is amazing and the prices are amazing the customer service is great I recommend that everyone who needs furniture should come here.
