Manager is very rude, and not a team player. There is always one cashier, as a manager she should get on the cashier also. The lines be all the way to the back of the store. Ridiculous!!! Place needs new management ASAP!!!!

This has got to be the worst location ever. The manager is a older black woman who is loud and very rude to the customers. There is always 1 register open.. long lines and stuff thrown and scattered all over the store. Meanwhile the employees are sitting on the bench outside the store smoking cigarettes while 1 register is open and the line is very long. I will never visit this locatuon again. They honestly need to close it due to the nasty rude employees and manager.

The Manager Is Aweful. I have worked in customer service for years! The manager was on her personal phone and the pine was down the aisle! Terrible. Elderly and younger folks. It is terrible! She is outside smoking and not allowing us to leave at a good rate!

This place was terrible. The manager was yelling and getting angry over the misplacement of the product. Her attitude and rudeness makes me want to never go to my local dollar tree again. If shes the manager you don't want to imagine the employees there. Worst public encounter was with a manager, I don't know where they're getting these employees... but none of them have an ounce of work ethic.

I wish I could give them no stars I ask the cashier a question and she was very rude she was walking around with a coffee cup in her hand and her tone of voice was if she was barking at me. Worst place ever

Has to be the worst dollar tree I’ve been to. Incredibly messy and incredibly disorganized. And don’t even try to ask for help because the workers are the snarkiest, rudest people you will come across. They have no willingness to help you. Management needs to get this place straightened out. It’s a terrible store.

This places need new management!Store is disorganized! Staff have attitude when cashing and even when asking for direction to an item!Why is their kitchen items where the gift wrapping items are??? Why is it all the way there?Ridiculous!Store smells horrible as well!Get this fixed

I never had any issues or bad experiences in any dollar tree store but this one on Burnside ave has very unprofessional manger and very rude, not helpful at all. She is just a horrible person I have ever seen. Very nasty attitude.
