One of the worst branches I have ever encountered. Being a chase private client doesn’t mean anything to them. Had to wait close to an hour to open a new account. Had no patience and left. Bad service. Manager should be fired

Been waiting for over 35 minutes just to have a talk with a teller to open a new bank account. They need to be more efficient with their time with other customers especially when it isn’t a busy day! Before they used to always have tellers available on deck waiting to help you.

The lady in there shes not white and shes not black either, I dont know her nationality, shes tanned skin a little old like around 50s, I didnt got her name today oct 25,2022 shes wearing gray long sleeve, the lady I saw today is very rude and unprofessional whenever you try to open a savings account, she kept repeating that “youre not a u.s citizen” instead of helping me, she wasted my time and refused to help me, im still on process of my papers but I have work authorization i.d that I showed to her, and she told me I dont need to explain what i.d i have because she knows what kind of authorization i have, I lost it when she said “You dont even have a greencard” I was shocked of what I heard, So I left speechless and cry in my car, never in my life someone treated me this way!!

Chase is known for saving, checking accounts, mortgages, home equity, small business loans, credit cards and investments. But I want to add a humanity aspect as well. We had a meeting today July 12, 2021 at the Rockaway Turnpike location under very difficult circumstances dealing with the death of my wife Sonia who actually worked for Chase 20 years ago. We met with Frank who was friendly, informative and professional. He did a great job in completing all of our transactions, and did all the foot work before getting the other team members involved. This include notarizing documents, informing the tellers what was being done before we get to them, verifing information and documents. What could have taken all day which would include back and forth trips to the bank was done within a few hours. All our transactions were completed and we don't have to revisit it again. Several years ago, I had to make several trips just to open an high school account for my daughter.This bank is located in a great area just off the Rockaway Turnpike and really easy access.The bank is closed on Sundays, open on Saturday 9am-2pm, and Monday-Friday 9am-5 pm. There are 3 ATMs at the entrance, several in front the tellers, and one outside at the rear of the bank. If you want to speak to the bankers, you would generally to make an appointment. There several comfortable seating in the waiting area. Parking is infront of the bank. There is security in the building directing customers and enforcing social distancing. The current staff are friendly and helpful but this was not the case several years ago.

The worst ever service I ever got in chase branch !!!!They don't answer the phone for hours.... When they do - they don't show any willingness to help you... they just "throw" you to customer service. shame on you !!!!
