One of the worst branches I have ever encountered. Being a chase private client doesn’t mean anything to them. Had to wait close to an hour to open a new account. Had no patience and left. Bad service. Manager should be fired

One month trying to fixed my problem with my business account and the solution is close you account and open new one ? I have 10 years already with them, terrible service
