The staff is very bad, they treat their clients very badly, the manager they have is quite unpleasant and very disrespectful, the children cry because of the high demand for buying, they should have more white people and preferences, I don't understand why they have to be all colored, thank you

This location has been here forever and has changed a lot. I remember when it was a department store that could be accessed through Bay harbor Mall before they shut them all down and connected all the businesses side by side. When there was an arcade in the middle of the mall service merchandise and novelty stores that added to the atmosphere. Unfortunately this area has lost a lot of life and Burlington changed over the years

?? ??Unruly environment, majority of Extremely Rude employees who would absolutely Yell? at you 20mn before closing when you are right there by the long line w/ unruly out of control children running into you that the store mgr claim thy have No control over the kids tearing up the store even more which is disorganized already. But its okay for them to scold well educated looking adults as spotted, in a rude manner & repeat like robots ? the store is closing when you see the long line! With only 2 registers open. More employees walking around on their phones than cleaning up before closing. If you don't want to get hurt ?w/ out of control children/unsupervised children throwing food items onto floor tht pple purchase later,unaware then dont go to this location. My friends & family Refuse to go to this location even tho we all live very close. Advised me to return all items to Not be reminded of the negatively we endured. If we could rate this store a "0" , we would. Don't waste your time going here unless you want to be scolded as their frustration target rudely, (patron who's happens to be college professor),who leaves physically hurt being bumped and pushed into by rambunctious out of control 7 to 10 yrs old children & you leave physically & a bonus emotionally hurt as if you committed a crime while paying too, No TY??. Lawrence, NY locations has the worst Rep ??Go out to long Island, Homegoods & Tjmax, thy have an excellent selection & treat "paying" customers w/ respect. Skip going here, pple are stealing before ure eyes while on the line such ? low lives. you don't wanna witness nor take a chance on being a victim of their crimes. Low class in this location of pple. But paying customers get treated like ? & trash?✊? . Dont be a snitch, it's their inventory loss & problem. We all gave them enough chances and $ to support this failing neighborhd, w/ the same outcome. Store Mgr doesn't even care, thy on their cell phones? constantly & giving gd pple that thy cld spot immed as ?'s, the attitude, the eye rolls/ sucking of the teeth?frm miserable employees are unnecessary, ?skip it. Don't even approach them, the outcome of their bad LOW VIBRATIONAL?? behavior would be the same. *Reminder*, this is NYC ?, Too many places to go! This is not the one ? low life environments are Not tolerated??when there are options. Hope this helps future patrons. Thy will eventually close at this failing rate for certain. Won't be missed✌?

They have to do something about that line it's been an hour standing on line which a huge line still waiting with just 3 cashiers I've seen customers throwing their items on the side and walking away it's just ridiculous and very annoying

The employees at the cash registers move very slowly, the permanent queues are very long for 1 hour, they still have free cash registers, but they do not open them

I love shopping here. Wide variety of items: clothes for men, woman and kids. Also household iteams, Luggage, beauty and hair products. Downside is long lines.

I was looking at some dresses on a rack a worker was putting out. She suddenly pulled the rack away almost knocking me to floor. I asked can I look at the dresses she said as long as you don't mess up my clothing with such nasty attitude. I then said aren't the clothing for sale. She said you want to have an attitude. She then was beyond disrespectful telling me dont you touch my clothing and pulled the rack away missed knocking me over. I reqested a manager no one knew the manager/supervisor a male at the register told me there was none when i asked so who is in charge he said no one. When over To the security guard he was sending me back to the same gentleman who was not trying to assist. Finally he was directing me to the same worker with who i was disrespected by. I Poor customer service.

Very unorganized only had 3 items and i had to stay on a line that would take up to an hour which is crazy . The lines were so long customers started leaving including myself

They have a decent selection but good grief, they have 1 cashier ringing up people and 15 people on the floor and they don’t help. And they are way too lenient with returns, people will hold up lines for a $4 return, absolutely ridiculous.

I love all the Burlington locations, but for some reason there are long wait lines... I went to Rockaway turnpike, Jamaica and others and there is always a long, long wait line! Tina please help us get our bargains home faster!!!
