We had a very great experience at Bob’s with Ashley and Stacey. Ashley and Stacey answered all of our questions. They even stayed late to help us find the perfect couch! Looking forward to coming here again another time.

When I arrived at Bob’s I was greeted with a smile from the sales people! One in particular stood out, Steve! He was our helpful sales person! Steve was a wonderful, knowledgeable and attentive salesman! We would definitely purchase from Bob’s and Steve in the future!

Wow is all I can say! From the salesman, to the manager, and to the delivery drivers! Josh was amazing at assisting me in finding the perfect furniture. Brendan came out to greet me and walked me through the financing process without leaving out the small print. The delivery drivers came when they said they would and helped assemble every piece of furniture! The furniture was even more beautiful once it came together to complete my home. Thank you so much to Bobs furniture. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a good experience but the piece I wanted was going to take too long; like 6 weeks before delivery so I was disappointed. Otherwise Ashley, my sales representative was fantastic, patient and kind. I had young children that just wanted to run but she never showed any annoyances. She remained kind, respectful and throughout. Side note to “Bobs Discount furniture” please create a play area for kids as selection and decision time for families can be long and overwhelming for little kids who don’t understand the dangers of running into furniture and hurting themselves. The ice cream, cookies and candy are great but all that sugar makes them hyper.

Mr Steve the sale representative at Lawrence office NY was amazing, patient with a good sense of humor. He explained in details to us and showed us different items we can choose from. We were able to decide on exactly what we wanted. It was a beautiful experience while at Bob’s shopping, we left there with a feeling of great accomplishment. We are now patiently waiting for our delivery before the month ends.

Josh was amazing. He was welcoming and knew his merchandise.The minute we walked in he directed my daughters to the cafe’ area where they had ice cream cookies and candy.While I shop the girls sat at the cafe and enjoy their stay. That was awesome!Josh went the extra mile. He adjusted some items so I can have a visual look of the items I was going to purchase. He gave me ideas and was patient during the process.In addition, I called back to rearrange my delivery date and he did not hesitate.Way to go Josh !!!Keep up the good work.
