Went to cash bonds. Mario, the teller was clueless, had no idea how to do this, stated he hasn't done this in a while, never deposited the money into my account. I called customer service, they told me I have to go back to the bank, the bank is closed. All Mario gave me was a screen shot of the bonds. I asked what my balance was, he told me after fiddling with the computer, blaming the new system. I told him the amount was incorrect, was the deposit missing? He asked a woman, she said it goes it automatically. No it didn't. I went home to look at my online banking, the deposit wasn't there. They better fix this as Bank of America is always quick to charge ridiculous fees but steal your money.

Lately am very disappointed ? you need any help the service is very very slow to much people and waiting time is insane if I need a letter they send it by mail in 3-5 days I go to the other bank and is not the same I been in bank for years but am ready to transfer my account to another bank

I went with my mother today and Denisse was such a great help! She was very sweet and able to help my mother, who mainly speaks Spanish, and was very understanding about our situation. I would recommend going with her.

Osman helped me open up a new checking account in like 15 minutes. I really appreciated all the information he provided me regarding my new account. I do have to say that sometimes the teller line is long and slow but the service is very good.

I went to make a cashier's check and the teller wouldn't make it for me. She kept checking my ID saying she thinks it is fake. The manager did not help either and they both did everything in their power to refuse me service. They knew it was my ID and knew I had an account with them, but they simply did not want to give me a cashier's check. I was so angry in the moment that I just told them to forget about it and left. They were clearly discriminating against me because I am an Asian American.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very impressed by the customer service at this bank . Ms. Wendy was Awesome!!! . She did above and beyond to help me with my business solutions. I greatly appreciate Bank of America. This will be my new bank for business !!!

Alvaro provided excellent customer service!!!As soon as we opened the door, he greeted us with a friendly hello and asked if we needed help. We explained that we are going to use the ATM machine to learn how to deposit checks and cash, if in the event we come after hours when Bank of America is closed. Instead of us figuring it out by ourselves, he made himself available to assist us during this process with step-by-step explanations, making this a fast, easy, and helpful experience!! I opened a checking account and a credit card for my wife at this bank branch back in 2013. The banker was very friendly, and the process of opening the accounts was very easy. However, I noted that the banker stole my pen, apparently believing that it was hers.
