we got a phone for my husband for Israel he had to go sit Shiva because his sister passed. The phone hasn't worked since the day he got it we've been in touch with the Amigo they haven't been very helpful. I've been leaving messages and emails about the issue. Customer service is terrible I don't hear back from anybody and he's been without any communication. I do not recommend this company at all.
