Don and his staff are great! I’ve brought my deer to him 2 years in a row and he does a fantastic job butchering. He asks what cuts you would like and he makes sure you gets the absolute most out of every animal. Everything is wrapped and labeled. Grade A butcher!

Found myself staring at some questionable beef at Walmart in Oneonta. Said there has to be better. There is. Don's is a bulk retail operation but they bailed me out with my 4lb. order. Mighty fine beef.
