I’m still shaking after what just transpired at this nail salon. The male tech in the first chair has some serious anger issues, he just yelled at me twice because I said I want French and he was twisting and yanking my hand the entire time taking his anger out on me. I will NEVER step foot back in this place. I feel so humiliated how he was speaking to me. Never ever coming back to this place again.

I have been going to Sun Moon and Nail Salon for years with the different change in management and have never experienced such rude and unprofessional treatment as I did today.. I am truly disappointed. I walked in at about 10:15 for a pedicure and was greeted pleasantly. The woman who was attending to me seemed ok (I always give people the benefit of the doubt) and she started the pedicure..During then process, she was abrupt and seemed a bit impatient but I didn’t let it bother me .. I needed my pedicure done and I wanted it done well.. let me point out that she accidentally cut my skin (she said sorry when I winced in pain) and I wasn’t even upset at that.. However, I was beginning to notice that she continued being abrupt with me especially when my toes wasn’t pointed down (I apologized) as she repositioned my toes( and rolled her eyes). At one point she got up & adjusted the chair and brought it all the way forward closer to her. Then I politely asked her if she could put the massage on .. that was a mistake! She snapped at me, rolled her eyes and said I should have asked her from the beginning when I got there.. I said, “I am sorry.. you usually put it on, I didn’t know. She started talking angrily and of course I don’t know what she was saying. I asked for someone else and tried to explain I meant no harm.. One lady started talking loudly.. practically yelling.. I asked her why she was yelling.. they got someone else but I felt as if I was being patronized by two others that wouldn’t let me explain but was loudly saying “ok, ok” while waving at me. I expressed my disappointment but they continued to “ok” me and even smiling at times (I don’t think their English is that limited). One lady even commented.. we should say ok this way: ( she mockingly repeated ok in a higher pitched drawn out tone while smiling).The lady who finished my pedicure was kind and I was happy to tip her well. Don’t think I will go back to that nail salon.

Uses sanitary procedures to care for their clients. Gentle hair removal, specialized treatment for pedicure. Fast and efficient, detailed treatment.It is not inviting when you understand the language and you are the subject of their conversation. Very unkind.

If I could leave no stars I would!!!! They use to give great service but they have slacked off tremendously. I will never go back to them. My nails weren’t done properly and I asked multiple time for it to be fixed, in which she did. It it came out even worse. I asked for them to be redone and they made a huge deal. If I’m paying for your service you should be able to fix a simple issue. Yea it’s time consuming but you’re getting paid to do a job and not a horrible one at that. I will take my business elsewhere moving forwardService: Pedicure

This used to be THE place to go for me. Convenient to home, flexible on walk-in service, friendly and affordable. Now almost every color gel polish seems old and "watered" down, escaping injury is nothing short of a miracle and the woman owner/manager seems to be permanently angry with every customer.

The absolute worse Cindy is rude and do not know how to do nails..I don't think you should be rude to customers if they're faithfully coming to your establishment and spending time and money..I will never recommend this low place to anyone

After going there for months spending hundreds of dollars with Jenny doing my nails, 4 days after she did them fir the last time, one nail broke.called to see if she was there, she wasn't, told her hubby? 2nd table what happened, he pretended he wasn't himself. Left Brooklyn to get there and he ignores me. He had 2 ppl waiting and I am traveling the next day so I go w/ another tech knowing it won't be a Jenny job but suck it up. Tech 1 does a bit, another tech does a bit when tech 3 comes I ask, How many ppl are going to work on this 1 nail...tech says "10 ppl" calls me mean and of course it's a sh_t job. Last time they get a dollar from me. All the while Jenny's hubby says nothing. Who runs a business like that? Shameful

I've been coming here for almost a year now & every time I get my nails done, they look great!!! I love it here & even if they don't know how to do they style they still try. Definitely recommend!!!

It's been awhile since I been to a nail salon..the customer service was great..it's a week later and my nails look like I just got them done today. Will be returning soon to get them redone.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this shop any longer. I've been coming here for years way before it changed ownership. I used to get basic manicures and pedicures and in recent years I would try a newer services once in awhile. But I mostly stick to gel manicures now. It seems like the rotation of technicians are frequent which makes it difficult to get repeat service if it's good. But honestly lately the technicians have been subpar. The incident that ended my relationship with the establishment was after the technicians failed to take off previous gel completely and it showed after new gel was applied. Also my toenails were not dry before the technician placed clear plastic on them, which resulted in nail polish rubbing of. This was not noticed until I returned home. I returned and Jenny had no problem having the nails fix. She also seemed shocked of the poor job. But when I asked for the technician to use UV light to dry nails faster (big toes only) I was asked to pay another $5. Now this is when I immediately remind the tech that I just spent over $100 for my husband and myself and my husband gave each tech a $10 tip. The owner Kenny decided to interject himself in the conversation and says that was a tip. To which I say a tip she didn't deserve. I swear I spent another hour in the shop waiting for my toes to dry completely. It's the principle, and I do not patronize any business that does not respect the customer especially, loyalty customers. I guess it's only about the money. And in that case I work hard for mine so you will not get a penny more. Bye Bye "Moon and Sun Nails"
