Sucha despicable place. I was just in there and some man skipped me on the line and no one said anything. The teller claimed he was in front of me which is normally no issue but neither the rude disgusting man nor the teller thought it was a good idea to say that WHEN he skipped me. I hate this bank.

I’m very upset with this location closing the ATMs early and not opening them early is very inconvenient I’ve been a costumer for a long time and I’m going to take my business elsewhere if this is not rectified

Worst experience never go to this bank the tellers are not courteous even if you ask for information they wouldn’t provide any details of your request just vague answers and tone is Condescending it makes you not want to bank with chase anymore.

Was there this morning with my husband and the service was very disappointing. First of all we had a 9:30 with miss Gloria Thomas was there 5 minutes before schedule she was with a client another person came in and say that they also had an appointment for the same time .miss Gloria then told my husband that she did not had him on the raster and proceeded to take the other clients mind you that my husband had an e mail conformation for the appointment. Shameful and very unprofessional need to be removed not good for customers service

If someone can explain to me then I can give them 2 stars, Today I went to Chase to deposit some cash One of the machine was rejecting $200 in a $100 bill I walk inside to ask the teller to change it so I can finish my deposit, She said she can only change $100 bill because I don't have an account with Chase are you guys serious You are a bank it is not $10000 it is a $100 to cash it or exchange it so I can deposit...The policy is pathetic

I have been coming here for years and Gloria Thomas has been the nastiest most unprofessional person I see in here. I don't know why she is still here after all the complaints that have been levied against her. She obviously continues to feel confident that they won't can her because she continues to be just as nasty and unprofessional as ever..smh.. shameful.

For the past five years, I have frequented this branch. Whilst the branch at times was understaff, the service was good. However, after my previous experience, I will no longer be visiting this branch. And I hope for those who read this review to heed my warning. DO NOT TRUST YOUR ACCOUNT WITH GLORIA THOMAS. For starters, she is quite unprofessional and extremely narcissistic. She referred to me as a "little girl" in a degrading manner (I am full grown adult). She also patronized me when I attempted to explain the situation. On a more serious level, she lied to me about the paperwork I needed to bring then also lied about the money left in the account I was trying to close. During her explanation, she contradicted herself numerous times and when I asked for clarification she became increasingly hostile. She began to raise her voice and talk over me. Fatigued and frustrated at the situation, I went home and called the Chase support line. I explained to the support staff my situation and they told me the information I was given by Gloria was inaccurate and suspect. Soon after I got off the call with Chase support staff, she called my home and admitted that she gave me misinformation to deter me from closing the account. I then went back to the bank that same day to try to get more clarification, and she again, treated me with unmatched hostility. This time around she made it clear that I was wasting her time and when I asked her to pull up the information, she said no that she did not have the time. Long story short, I left unresolved and honestly, hurt by the maltreatment. I have gone forward and filed an official complaint against her. I SUGGEST IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS WOMAN, DO NOT LET HER BULLY YOU AND ASK FOR A SECOND OPINION.

This is the worst branch in NY. They’re extremely slow and have terrible customer service. I only go here to pay rent to my landlord. The 1 time I go every other month is the worst experience. I drive to another branch most of the time even though this branch is walking distance. Smh

The staff here are friendly and always are helpful. I called here the other day to inquire about an account and the person who answered the phone was really helpful and listened to my concerns. Whenever I come to this location in person, it is very clean and the machines are usually working. I would recommend!

Very disappointed with the service I got today. I’ve been treated way better by other tellers here. I’m just not coming back to this Laurelton branch. Thank you!
