Unhelpful and rude customer service. When the person helping us realized he was not going to make a big sale, he became rude and sarcastic. Stay as far away from this location as possible

This store looks futuristic, but apparently the future includes no ergonomic consideration for customers or employees. There is ONE usable sitting surface in the store, and it is a backless bench at the back of the store. For a store that is being visited mostly by elderly customers - never seen anyone under 40 going in/out any time I've been there - the lack of seating is puzzling. Even the poor employee who waited on us had to lean down and use a writing surface that sits far too low. A prime example of form over function.

I have been a customer for over 25 years and thank goodness I have never had to use their customer service via phone or chat line up until now. It is absolutely the worse. They have call centers in the Philippines and probably elsewhere where your questions never get answered or it takes a very long time to get answers. I have two lines and the promotion was they would pay a monthly portion for each phone for 30 months. I waited until the 30 months were over and made sure both phones had zero balances on them. Now they are trying to charge me over $1500 for two smartphones because they claim my promotional credit is reversed because I closed my account before the agreement was completed. What a nightmare. They said not to worry because these are pending charges for the next bill. Why are they pending in the first place? They should not be there in the first place. They want me to wait another month for the actual bill. I don't want to wait another month to resolve this.

If I could give less one star I would. They sold me something that I later determined I didn't need and when I went to take it back an hour after I left the store they charged me a restocking fee. I called Verizon and told Verizon that if they didn't remove the charge, I would switch my service. Verizon apologized and removed the fee. Sense then I have gone to the Verizon store in Crossgates and they treat me great. No shifty sales people.

Spencer's performance during our visit to upgrade my mom's phone was nothing short of exceptional! His knowledge and expertise in all things technical were truly impressive. Not only did he patiently address all of our questions, but he did so with utmost clarity and transparency, making the entire process a breeze. Amanda did EVERYTHING to switch my phone from ATT to Verizon. All I had to do was squiggle my finger on her Tablet for a signature. A+ service on this visit.
