in the 2000's when the gym was still Golds Gym it was fantastic. the second it swu to Vebt Fitness the game started running it like shady car salesman. they hide fees, make it impossible to get money back that they wrongfully took from your months after you told them to cancel your membership, 30% of the staff are great and the rest are bery lazy. there's not enough equipment to support the amount of clients, they don't enforce rules that maintain the value of the membership you pay for, the garbages are overflowing onto the floor. bathrooms are nasty with urine crystallized to the toilets from not cleaning them, the paper towel dispensers are always empty, the pool area closes earlier that listed on the gym hours and there's mold growing in parts of the pool area that rarely gets cleaned properly. a bandaid can last weeks in the steam room with out staff ever looking to clean it. the bathrooms are filthy and covered in water so you can't change in the locker room without getting your socks wet. the pool can never be used because classes even with 3 people will take over the entire pool for hours and half the time you can't get in the sauna because they don't monitor the pool area to kick out the kids who sneak in when they dont have that level of membership. staff have been known to bully members as well. This gym is like buying a Mercedes that has a bunch of hidden mechanical issues and the dealer will find every reason nit to fix it properly or replace what wrong... VERY CHEAP

For the overall experience the gym is clean and if you go the right time of day it's not to busy. If you go after 1:30 at all don't waste your time there's not enough equipment. They charge more for the basketball court and they always have some kinda program taking half the court or all of it. So that's a waste of money and time. If I pay extra for basketball I should be able to to play not to mention again anything after 1:30 there's no room to play basketball there will be 50 people in the gym trying to play and there will just 1 game going on taking up the whole court. Not to also mention the court sucks there's no type if grip on the ground as if they have never waxed the floor. Overall waste of time and money. But like large groups of people and no equipment to use and watching other people play basketball this is the place for you! I recommend using a different gym.

They definitely need more benches at the dumbbell area. The current amount is not enough. They do a good job fixing broken machines or ripped benches or seats. Also I'm not sure if I'm the only person who has this issue, but when I'm dumbbell benching, those lights on the ceiling are blinding as hell. It would be nice if they could be dimmed or something.

Vent has turned into a TikTok/Instagram video shooting studio, where multiple people with phone tripods will use pieces of exercise equipment for nearly an hour, just so they can record 1 set of reps for likes on social medial. Taking it one step further, video recording and photography in the locker room is rampant. I don't think I need to explain why this is problematic, yet the issue persists. Vent needs to put an end to this inconsiderate, disruptive, and privacy-invading behavior.If you go any time other than early morning, the gym is inundated with people sitting idly on equipment playing with their phones. It's not uncommon for someone to do this for 30+ minutes.The sauna, while just deep-cleaned, is typically disgusting. This is mostly because they allow people to wear street shoes in the sauna, which tracks in grime and bacteria (great way to get Staph).I wish I could recommend Vent. It has a lot of potential, but until they get a better hand on cleanliness (preventative) and patron behavior, I would seek other options.

Vent is a good gym. It’s clean, modern equipment, a lot of choices, tanning, pool, private lessons, and a lot of amenities. The prices are basically great in comparison. Disappointed that they’re not 24/7. Hopefully they’ll change that soon. Otherwise highly recommended

Do yourself a favor and just go to ABC. This gym is nasty and will get you sick. You don't even have the option to clean equipment unless you want to bring some clorox wipes. Went here for about 8 months and all but one or two inconveniently placed cleaning stations never have wipes. There is literally nothing to clean cardio equipment with before or after. Moldy locker rooms, rude members and staff, unprofessional trainers, etc. On top of that, they hit you with 150 dollars in hidden fees.

Good spacing and they are careful at check in and sure we check out. Cleaning seems to be good.Update: pandemic no longer an issue. I enjoy this gym for both the equipment and the people. Folks working there are friendly.Update: nice to see they are repairing equipment.

Never been to such a rude costumer service gym. Had to walk out, literally most uninviting environment. One of the receptionists was super nice and was willing to give us a tour at 8:50 pm and the other one literally said it's too late. This felt more like we were being racially profiled...

Women's locker room always clean on weekdays. The two ladies who maintain that area are exceptional employees. Woman at front desk during the week not very welcoming. There definitely needs to be more oversight in Splash area. Two people sitting, usually idle, at front desk is excessive. I understand that in past there was someone rounding in Splash area. The pool is not large enough and the men jumping in directly from steam and/or sauna is disgusting! Chlorine kills a lot of things but I still don't want to swim in their sweat. I have found in most reviews the management's response is full of excuses and dismissive or sarcastic. ie... Enjoy your time at the Y. Unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall a good gym in need of a tune up.

Okay gym. Switched from ABC. Hours suck. Closing 7 pm on a weekend & 10 pm during the week makes no sense. Im a college student and work so there’s times I can’t make it to the gym before closing and have to miss out on a workout.
