Update: Once I left this review they contacted me. They assured me the 2 vapes would be there by the 6th. It’s the 9th now and still no vapes. They could have literally drive them to me in about 2 1/2 hours lol. Instead now it’s been weeks without my product.
Bad customer service and still did not receive my order. It’s been a few weeks since I ordered just 2 disposable vapes and still haven’t received the items. There’s no tracking info or updates. It has just said awaiting shipment for the past 2-3 weeks. I emailed customer service 2 times for sure, maybe 3 times but I forget. I haven’t gotten a single response from them at all. I will never shop here again. And I advise anyone reading this to not buy from here.

The owner Sunny Chawla doesnt answer the phone after weeks of not shipping my order that I already paid. I think he may wanna steal my money, If I can confirm this is the case , we’ll use the legal ways necessary!

I'm giving these guys a 5 star review! They were out of stock on my regular vapes. They gave me a substitution for them. The substitution was not too my liking. So, they are refunding my order. I appreciate this so much!!!!

So I understand leaving a review is for the storefront, but that store operates for VapeMoreInc and storefront. I came across VapeMoreInc a few years ago, decided to place an order and see how it went, after my first ever order from there, I had an issue regarding that order and I was emailed back within 2 days and they were able to help me and do everything possible to fix the issue. So over the past several years I have placed many more orders with them. BUT... I don't know what is going on, almost the past I would say 6 to 8 months my last three or four most recent orders, I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with their customer service, not shipping out an order for almost a week and a half with no explanation and them claiming that most orders are shipped same day, emailing regarding questions and emailing regarding my orders probably a good total 10 plus emails within the past 6 to 8 months with zero response. It's just like they stopped caring and shows zero customer satisfaction like they used to, unfortunately. I will now have to start looking somewhere else to purchase all of my vaping needs. Until Vape more goes back to the way they used to do business, I will no longer continue to purchase from this company. Until then, I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Ordered for shipping and they changed my order to pickup. I got one email saying it shipped and then another shortly after saying it was changed to store pickup. Didn’t even bother to call. Just sent an email after. No explanation for the change. Then, my order total was $34.66 and they charged me $40.41. No explanation and the receipt shows nothing. I asked why and they told me “handling fees.” Well you can’t charge me an amount that was never advertised and isn’t reflected on my receipt. They are a scam and horrible with customer service. Don’t bother.

Do not order from this place. They sent the items the the wrong address and won't respond to my calls or emails. I am filing a claim with my credit company and a police report right now since they refuse to send the items correctly or provide a refund.
