“My daughter is home on leave from the Air Force and her mother and I wanted to help her buy her first car. We got financing through our bank and shopped online. My daughter found a 2022 VW Taos online and made an appointment to come see it. We were introduced to Don, who took us out on a test drive. We really liked the car and the price was very competitive. Don was very professional and understood the assignment right out of the gate. He took the time to explain how every detail of the car. She really enjoyed the process. We liked the car and agreed to buy it.

We were then turned over to Leslie to handle the financing and paperwork. Since we had our own she asked if we minded running an application through them to see if they could match or beat the rate. We agreed and made arrangements to pick up the car the next day. She called that evening and beat our rate by .5% which was fantastic. They helped us navigate the title and insurance. Our situation was a little non standard with the way we put together the financing and insurance. Despite that we were in and out in an hour.

The staff there was very pleasant to work with and genuinely seemed to appreciate how special the experience this was to us. I would not hesitate to do business there again. They were very friendly and never pushy. When I declined some of the potential add on items I received no pressure.

Personally I want to thank Don and Leslie for making my daughters first car buying experience such a memorable one. She has a great low mileage car she loves and a very affordable payment.
