I returned an Amazon package at the UPS in Latham, NY. The person who greeted me was friendly and very helpful. My packaged reached Amazon in one day and my refunded in two. Great job UPS.

I have been to this particular location dozens of time and they are nothing but helpful and efficient. I was just there yesterday with a huge, heavy item which they unloaded from my car and wheeled in for me. Could not have been more helpful. I recommend anyone needing to ship, mail, return anything go to this UPS store.

I came in today needing tent cards for a disability meeting. The store manager, Garrett, explained their store didn't carry the cards and suggested I try their Clifton Park location. Most people would have ended the conversation right there and moved on to the next customer. It was raining, and I was not looking forward to the trip to the other store. But Garrett suggested another solution, using heavier card stock to print cards that, when folded in half, would look very similar to the tent cards. He then sat at a computer and hand-typed and printed up 25 of the cards while I waited. This saved me a ton of time and trouble.
I think he also only charged me for the cost of the paper instead of the time it took to do the job. He went above and beyond and I am grateful. The other people working there also seemed very friendly and helpful.
As a bonus, they were playing a variety of cool music. I highly recommend this location. Thanks, Garrett!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a local business. Garrett, the manager, was dishonest and rude. I was told by Amazon that I could return an item via any ups store, and they would handle the return packaging. Garrett tried to charge me for a box and when I explained what Amazon told me, he got testy and condescending. He eventually refused to help me, and to give me the name of his supervisor. I left and went to the main UPS hub where my return was promptly processed as pro,owed, no fuss. And with courteous kindness. i noticed that others have posted similar reviews about this location and the manager.

The unprofessional manager has never in the past assisted me,
I have never seen you in my life until the unfortunate day I had to deal with you. The female at the store is the one I have always dealt with and she's nice so don't ever act like you assisted me in the past. You are very rude and treated me the way you did cause I'm black. There was customers around and they can state what they want due to the fact their white and of course you treated them differently. You are rude and unprofessional and yes I came with a State trooper cause you were harboring a State phone that was pinging to your location. I was kind of sad that you weren't there when we came cause I wanted him to see for himself how much of a liar you were when he seen for his own eyes the phone showing at your location. You act like I waited for you to leave to come back I wanted nothing more for you to be there trust and believe that. One thing about apple phones they don't lie. Now now do not make me pull the receipts that shows time date and location of where the phone was. Now everyone who has an I-phone knows find my phone works but yet you say you didn't have it where ITS sent me screenshots of the phone at your location address and all but yet you sent me to the UPS hub knowing the phone wasn't there. Why would I come to your store 3 times in 1 day even going to the hub and nothing was in their system? You are a liar and con artist. Don't ever try to check me not knowing how to spell audacity. What manager comes on Google reviews to write a whole book arguing with a customer. Excellent customer service huh? I hope anyone who sees this realizes the service you provide is less than subpar and refrains from your business. I will do my best to steer anyone I can from supporting you and your racism. The manager who picked the package up, picked it up from your location not the hub you liar.

I wish i could give zero stars or below. This is an establishment I have been to many times. Always nice people friendly. Yesterday was the first time I experienced one of the most unprofessional managers in my life. His name was Marino. He was rude, lied straight to my face telling me my package wasn't there and the whole time it was. I dropped my package off there Monday night and accidentally dropped my iphone in the box. When i couldn't find it, find my iPhone was activated. I went there Tues morning 8am to be told the package left the day before. I went back again late morning after going to the ups hub being told it had not yet reached them and their system. Fast forward to around 2pm ish went back to be told by staff it wasn't there. Fast fwd to approx 430 ish a supervisor went and retrieved the package. I will never ever ever support this place ever again in life. They will never ever ever again get my business and I will let everyone i know verbally, and on all my social media outlets know not to support them. I hope whomever owns this place realizes that this is not the type of individual you want representing you. He is a liar so your packages are not in safe hands with staff who can lie with a straight face. Please beware I have heard so many horrible stories about this place. Proceed with caution.

I often use this location as my local UPS store. All the staffs especially Niko is very efficient and friendly and goes above and beyond. You are in and out of the store without the long wait and makes my visit always pleasant. Thank you guys for all you do!

The employee rejected my shipment, claiming it has freon when there is no freon. Freon is in condenser unit and I am not shipping a condenser.
