Went in to cash a cashiers check and was left waiting for about 40 minutes and customer Service was not friendly. I was given every excuse about why the transaction was not done in a tinely manner. I do not recommend this branch

Trustco Bank is the most untruthful Bank I ever had, I opened account during promotion for new account to get $300. I fulfill making all I am suppose to do and they never fulfill theirs. Made numerous calls and they keep telling me stories. Do not believe any of their promotions it’s all lies. I am highly disappointed. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM, I am moving mine elsewhere so be warned.
