Sad to say I do business here. Sat in the drive through lane today for 18 minutes before even being acknowledged, then when the teller comes she runs the tray coming out of the window into the door of my car. This bank has gone downhill since new management took over(think her name starts with a K). The employees are less personable, the bank itself looks dingy and the mood is miserable. I closed up and went to the other bank just down the road that also starts with a "t" and am much happier.

Great staff. Mike Bill and the rest!!. Best banking experience I've had in all my years..I'm from the Clifton park area and dont mind the 20 minute drive ... I highly recommend
