The store provides a mix of quality clothing, toiletries, makeup, handbags, and homegoods, which many find interesting. The racks are organized well and neat. There is a nice selection for children, including books and toys, and items for pets. However, the men's section is noted as being much smaller than the women's, with a lot less stuff for men. Some feel the shoe department and jewelry department are not as good as they used to be, with more low-quality costume jewelry available. The customer service is amazing, with attentive and helpful staff. The checkout is efficient, the return policy is excellent, and there is ample parking. Some of their items are a bit pricey, but I love their dress collections for kids. There was a wide variety of items available for gifts. Some Hawaiian shirts caught my eye. I found some cute stuff there and liked some of the furniture.
