Sam immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem, which was caused by 2 large nails in my tire. “Five stars because the service department was so amazing. The guy that put my Rimguard in my tractor tires was great. He did an awesome job and you could tell he knew what he was doing. I won't deduct a star but the front sales staff was not friendly at all. Don't unlock the door if you don't want customers coming in 5 minutes before their appointment and definitely don't have such an attitude. Again, once I got to the service department, they made it all better.”
