We ended up choosing Tom as our realtor due to my husband having him as a teacher in high school, they had a great connection already. I’m not gonna lie I was worried about how that would be, I needed to make sure I also had a good relationship with our realtor so I felt comfortable in the home buying process too.Tom did a great job getting to know our wants, needs and kept us informed on things we were unsure of along the way. He also made sure both of us were involved at all times. Tom has a lot of strengths something I noticed when looking was that he’s able to pick up on things in a home that didn’t seem right or would need work or fixing. he also noticed good qualities I wouldn’t Necessarily look for or forgot to check out when we were looking at houses. He would look around as if he was making the Purchase for his own family. That made me feel comfortable and reassured in a lot of our decision making.I never felt like I was a bother reaching out with all our questions, concerns & houses we were sending to look at. We were first time home buyers, & I’m happy Tom was apart of that process he has a great personality and way to put your mind at ease when working with him.

Tom was the absolute best person for the job when we started looking for our first home! He was so patient with our millions of questions and helped us navigate the overwhelming path of buying a home. If we ever sell or buy again, he will no doubt be our guy.

At first ya gotta trust Fred and Mike. But after a while the politician mindset takes place. Went from only showing the property 16 times and collecting one bid... in a HOT market. Whaaaaa? That laziness is not even the primary issue. Prior to signing them up we were assured that no repairs need to be made. Trust came back to bite us. Three issues came up that could have been avoided. When you show a property you have to show all. If the buyer accepts the issues and places a bid and signs a contract the deal should be sealed. Not with Field. Every issue with the buyer had to be addressed ASAP. No reason why. And, the contractor, of course is the only one that can take care of the issue in a timely manner, and Fred has the lead. Nothing was sent out to bid. We ended up doing repairs that went to the highest bidder so Field could lay back and make his job easier. First, the cleanout. and Oops, signs of mold. Had to be addressed immediately. No bids. $8,000. Even had the audacity to give the buyers over $8,000 of the sellers money back to them. Came back with another issue that was addressed prior to hiring Field. Came out to another $5,000 from a contractor that, you guessed it, Field knew. If you want a reputable agent that follows your instructions and doesn't mislead, I'd advise you look elsewhere.
