I have ived at The Woodlands for 10 years. It's quiet, and conveniently located to shopping and the highway. The walk-in closets, washer/dryer hookups and parking spaces are a plus. The grounds are well kept and maintainence work is done quickly. There's a small pool and workout room near the Clubhouse. I just received a big gift basket of tasty treats from Rosetti Properties for living here 10 years. I think you would like it here too.

I lived at this complex for two years and had a great experience. Christine, the property manager is extremely helpful, professional and is always willing to help and/or answer any questions that arise in a timely manner. Maintenance requests are always answered with a sense of urgency and importance. I would recommend this complex to anyone in the area looking for a safe, quiet and dependable living space.

I applied to see a one bedroom unit a few weeks ago and got an incredibly unprofessional tour. It is an outdated, over priced money grab. I was lied to about included amenities for the unit I would have moved into - lied to about pricing and availability. I was also relentlessly bullied for a deposit to secure the unit. I would avoid this property along with other Rosetti Properties as they are poorly maintained by unprofessional and careless staff. They manipulate you any way they can to get a deposit out of you. Steer clear and stay informed.

I would love to recommend this place but the property manager, Christine, is a liar. She lied about availability, included amenities, deposit, and entire leasing process. As long as Christine works there, you should live elsewhereEdit: what is the difference between a security deposit and a holding deposit? Because according to NYS law, the Security deposit has to be refundable given there's no damage outside of regular wear and tear to the unit and holding deposits get wrapped into first month's rent. However, when there is no actual signed lease and a previously established notion/policy of a refundable security deposit, it is of poor business practice and illegal to refuse the refund of the security deposit (= 1 month rent, $1.6k). Christine is uncooperative in this matter and has thus stolen $1.6k

We had an extremely bad experience with the property manager Christine. She is extremely rude and must learn some manners about how to treat their customer. The property owner must consider finding a decent manager. For everyone else who is looking to rent this property, this place is dirty. Appliances are old and you see rodents very often. Be careful when you plan to move here and especially avoid Christine. Its rated below 3.5* for a reason.

I have friends that live there and visit a lot . Since they are not one to complaint I will give my observation of the place . The toilets don't work right . The plastic garden edge in front is broken and has been for more than the year they have lived there . The locks on the doors are cheap and don't seal right . I would never feel safe there. The rent is overly expensive and I'm sure they will blame them when they move out for all the problems that the staff refuses to fix and was like that when they moved in. It seems profits are more important than service .

Great place to live! I have been living here for 2 years and absolutely love it! It was my first apartment and it couldn’t have been any better of an experience.Anytime I had a maintenance request they were so quick to resolve it.Every time I have worked with the management it has been a great experience. They are very accommodating and always looking to help. The location is fantastic and it is a nice and quiet atmosphere. I love it so much I will be moving into a bigger unit instead of moving to a different complex!

I absolutely love living at The Woodlands! I feel safe and comfortable in the area, and I love coming home every day. My apartment is spacious and has great natural light. Our property manager, Christine, is responsive and helpful if you need her for anything. There is a pool during the summer months, which we use a lot! I highly recommend living at The Woodlands if you are looking for a great, affordable apartment!

I've lived in the Woodlands Complex for almost 13 years. I have always had pleasant interactions with the admin as well as the maintenance crew. In the beginning I used to complain that the lots weren't snowplowed well or often but in the last several years, they come by two or three times a day. Yes there are some strict rules but I think they are to protect the tenants. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I’ve lived here for almost two years. Cisco is the best for maintenance, he always does a great job in a timely manner. We’ve had some issues with our apartment, but nothing he can’t fix. Apartments could use some updating but for the price, it is all good!

This has been a safe and friendly place to live. Location wise it is perfect to get to I-87 and centralized around stores and health care providers in the capital region. The property is managed well and the maintenance staff responds quickly and effectively. The grounds are maintained as well as common areas like the pool, gym, and tennis/basketball courts.

truly wanted to love this place however I just couldn't, bad experience after bad and yes I paid my rent on time so this isn't a disgruntle review.Let's start with the positives1. The grounds are kept clean2. Maintenance is super friendly and do the best they can within their means.3. Plenty of parkingThe negatives:1. Mouse issue: major concerns are ignored. I caught several and found piles of mouse droppings. I requested help for a year little to no response. My apartment is VERY clean, I had to leave my utensils in the dishwasher and all food basically out of reach.2. They pick and choose who's worthy of all new appliances when moving in. I received a refrigerator loaded with mouse droppings.3. My door number wasn't visible the door paint chipping and stripping broken. My packages delivered to the wrong address. When I asked I was told to put in a work order, I did and nothing, however they painted doors for tenants moving in after me and gave them new numbers.4. During Covid I got a noise complaint one email and a few days later a letter with eviction terminology. I have two athletic kids and covid just started. The landlord sided with her long term tenants immediately even asked if she could speak to my children.I have to say that was a huge insult i found myself justifying my parenting by saying wait my oldest child is a doctor, behavior is so important to me. I almost lived at my moms house to avoid complaints as the kids adjusted to covid all while still paying my rent on time.4. They force their way in your apartment if they want things done on their time frame even when it's non emergency.5. Inside of the apartment isn't updated outdated everything.6. Air conditioning outside was sparking with fire flames! Because of the way things are patched and half fixed this is SCARY!7. Last I would not recommend to ANY African Americans, pre-judgements and differential treatment is obvious.Again I wanted to like this place and I think it certainly has potential with new non bias management.Don't expect luxury living. Their kindness diminishes after you move in, they seem bothered. The owner obviously has no concern for things being done fairly. I now understand the high turnover and get the two months free rent offer for longer leases.I truly do not recommend this complex. Especially to African Americans. Clearly an obvious bias by Christine who manages the property. I've been with them 3 years after I sold my home and it's been horrible!Again I was clean and paid on time!STAY AWAY!

Some of the appliances in our unit were a bit outdated, but overall a great experience living at the Woodlands. Christine the manager was always more than helpful, even after moving out of the community.

I moved in here in September and can’t say enough good things about this place! From my viewing to lease signing to moving in was seamless and the property manager incredibly helpful. It is a quiet and private neighborhood tucked away in a residential community, very little traffic, always lots of parking, safe, well priced, well taken care of, fast snow removal, and great square footage apartments. It is perfect for me! I love my 1bd/1bath, couldn’t live without my walk in closet or in unit washer dryer or my private patio. I’ve only needed one maintenance request (drain stopper for kitchen sink) and it was dropped off by maintenance in less than 24hours. Honestly love my apartment, Christine the property manager listened to what I was looking for and picked out the perfect unit for me and made my move in experience stress free . I highly recommend this place!
