My aunt and uncle have lived here for years and they are gettting up there in age. I greatly appreciate the staff and especially Christine who has accomidated them and made life easier as they age.

I’ve lived here for almost two years. Cisco is the best for maintenance, he always does a great job in a timely manner. We’ve had some issues with our apartment, but nothing he can’t fix. Apartments could use some updating but for the price, it is all good!

Some of the appliances in our unit were a bit outdated, but overall a great experience living at the Woodlands. Christine the manager was always more than helpful, even after moving out of the community.
If location is everything…The Woodlands is your new address! The Woodlands is located in the heart of Latham and is in close proximity to the Adirondack Northway, Rt. 7 and Rt. 155 or the NYS Thruway. All area shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals and professional buildings are just minutes away.
