I brought my C300 in for service and made the appointment several weeks ago for 12:00. If the serviceman who I spoke to knew that the software update would take more than 6 hours, then why wasn't I asked to come in at 8am? Not a problem. I drove a courtesy car yesterday and most of today, filled it back up and brought it back.

I went in with plans on leaving with a new vehicle. The sales associate Gabe initiated contact with me when I walked in. I told him what I was looking for and the price range. He was able to show me a few different options. I was able to test drive the vehicle I ended up choosing.
