Samantha was incredibly helpful. My hot tub stopped working while I had guests staying at my Airbnb on Lake George. She helped me diagnosis the problem, locate parts, and I was able to get the hot tub working that evening! Amazing customer service from Samantha and the entire staff!

I bought a new hot tub from Sleep and Spas recently, and unlike other hot tub dealers in the area this was a very pleasant experience! No high pressure, or sales gimmicks!
Amanda in the Latham store, is wonderful! She was very helpful, followed up as promised, and made the whole experience very enjoyable! Thanks Amanda!

Started out really nice but the execution of delivery was poorly done. Communication withen the company is very lacking. Showed up with less than half of our order after dark to install on a Saturday after rescheduling from Friday. I expected them to communicate when they would be close by but no. Now after having them return to complete our delivery order, we are still missing items and have no response from Gil or Eric. Sad to have to leave a poor review but I have been left with no choice. Hoping they make it right. Until then, 2 stars for this company. Needs improvement

My father met the owner, Eric, up in Lake George, and decided to visit the store in Latham. Mitchell helped us out and was very professional and kind. He patiently explained the differences between each mattress and let my father take his time in making a decision. We highly recommend this over a big box store. Thank you Sleep and Spas!

We were working with someone before on a part we needed for our hot tub. That person apparently wasn't doing their job and forgot about us. When Samantha took over, she made sure we were taken care of and happy. Thanks Samantha.
